105年宜蘭縣低碳永續家園運作體系及執行成效管考計畫
| 中文摘要 | 因應全球氣候變遷之減碳行動，從全球、區域、到國家，不同階層已透過不同行動規劃因應，而地方政府及個人亦無法排除在行動之外。宜蘭縣以發展「低碳田園城市」為目標下，除鼓勵居民於日常生活落實節能減碳外，農業與觀光之產業型態，皆為是否能達到「低碳城市」目標之關鍵角色。為此，今年(105)度本計畫，累積過去對宜蘭縣減碳之規劃，逐步落實各項策略與行動，以達到本計畫之目標。 | ||

2016 Yilan County Low-carbon Sustainable Operation System and Implementation Effect Management Project
| 英文摘要 | Since the global climate changes huge recently. There are different actions to avoid the damages of the climate change by communities, countries and regional cooperation. In order to achieve the goal of low-carbon Yilan city. It is important to encourage people to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases by reduction of energy uses. The agriculture and tourism are also regarded as the important components for the purpose. Therefore, we integrate the experiences, strategies and actions to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases in this project. | ||
