Taoyuan City, the number of fixed sources of pollution 2,545, which are based on the Environmental Protection Department's "Fixed Air Pollution Source Management Information System". The execution of the project was scheduled from 2016/03/24 to 2017/03/23 with a total of 12 months. The progress in implementation of each individual work, included the control of VOCs, pollution reduction, inspection of factories, pollution control of Taoyuan refinery of CPC corporation, supervision of periodic detection ＆ online reporting review, renewal or maintenance of CEMS for compliance with CEMS regulatory, and handling regulatory seminars etc., were executed according to the schedule of the project. All the progress of the work complied with the contract requirements, the abstract of achievements were shown in table 1.4-1.
The key works of the project in this year are including:
(一). The control of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)：
1. There are 230 special manufacturers, the overall reporting and review rate of 100%.
2. Since 100 years with the Environmental Protection Agency industry special project control,105 annual implementation of the "automotive coating industry" on-site inspection and tracking 104 years of PU synthetic leather industry 14 pollution improvement progress.
Completion of the five auto plant tax statements compared with the 104 annual reporting data, only Shunyi car has a significant gap (omission of paint consumption 6.2 ton/year), other depots no significant difference. The other PU synthetic leather industry has 5 complete process area enclosed gas and regenerative incinerator set, VOCs reduction 581.20 tons / year.
3. Completion of 280 station gas station inventory and regulatory compliance check operations, after inventory of VOCs emissions of 653.9 tons. Another completion of 62 stations A/L ratio test, 142 failed to improve the completion of the reduction of 47.81 tons / year, the overall A/L ratio of 85.1%.

5. (二). CEMS regulatory： The 15 CEMS inspections are completed and after counseling, the pass rate is 100%. (三). Inspection of stationary pollution sources：Discharge pipeline inspection to complete the completion of 30 samples, the failure rate of 47%. People complained inspection and testing completed 20 samples, the failure rate of 10%.
(四). Fixed source and control equipment monitoring and management operations: 105/6/16 issued "Taoyuan City, fixed pollution and control equipment, monitoring and management of self-regulation regulations", 106/11/30 the completion of the connection.
