空氣品質監測站數據蒐集處理系統計畫

中文摘要 有關空氣質監測站資料蒐集與處理系統方面,環保署共經歷兩次變革。第一代監測作業資訊系統乃在民國82年由監測站網統包商義大利飛利浦公司所設計。為因應資料傳輸與處理品質提升, 環保署於九十二年度規劃導入第二代監測作業資訊系統,即為目前現行的作業系統。 經過了十多年資訊與通訊科技的演進,近年來,物聯網、開放數據、與大數據應用形成重要的世界潮流,如何因應大時代變遷,記取過去寶貴經驗,規劃導入第三代監測作系統資訊,成為本計畫重要課題。 本計畫主要任務乃針對環保署空氣品質監測系統監測站端,開發新世代之數據自動化蒐集與處理系統(Data Acquisition & Handling System, 以下簡稱DAHS)。

Air Quality Monitoring Station Data Collection and Processing System Project

英文摘要 With regard to the data collection and processing system for air quality monitoring stations, the EPA has undergone two changes. The first-generation monitoring operation information system was designed by the monitor station network contractor Italian Philips in the Republic of China in the year 2002. In response to the improvement in the quality of data transmission and processing, the EPA plans to introduce the second-generation monitoring and operating information system in the year 92, which is currently the current operating system. After more than a decade of information and communications technology evolution, in recent years, the Internet of Things, open data, and big data applications have formed an important global trend. How to respond to the changes of the times, remember valuable experience from the past, and plan to introduce a third generation monitoring system Information has become an important topic of the plan. The main task of the project is to monitor the monitoring station of the EPA air quality monitoring system and to develop a new generation of data acquisition and handling system (DAHS).
