Therefore, this plan tries to make people eliminate old two-stroke motorcycles and use the low pollution vehicles. The main items are as follows:
(1)Handling the reported high-emitting vehicles:It includes verifications, notifications, and following punishments, the total number of cases for the 2,432.
(2)Handling the elimination of old two-stroke motorcycles:It includes screenings of applications for subsidies and appropriations, the total number of cases for the 17,477.
(3)Subsidies for low pollution vehicles:It includes screenings of applications for subsidies and appropriations, the total number of cases for the 4,238.
(4)Promotions of low pollution vehicles:It includes promotions and popularizations of low pollution vehicles.
