彰化縣農地土壤污染控制場址適當措施改善計畫－東西二圳等灌區－調查及改善(乙)
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫目的係針對彰化縣東西二圳等灌區及環保局指定改善之污染農地進行土壤細密調查工作，建立每筆農地之土壤污染濃度分佈資料，規劃以耕犁工法為主要工法，必要時配合「彰化縣農地土壤污染控制場址適當措施改善計畫-污染土壤離場處理」或其他經主管機關指定之合法去化管道，進行排土工程，並購入品質良好客土再以耕犁工法完成改善，最終將污染農地解除列管還地於民，使其恢復農業用途，達到維護國民健康及土地永續利用之目標。本計畫執行成果依契約工作項目分述如下： 1. 補充調查：共計完成29.60 公頃農地細密調查作業。 2. 耕犁工法工程：依契約規定包含前置作業、翻土工程(污染改善作業)及復育工程(地力回復作業)，共計完成134 筆坵塊，面積28.33 公頃。 3. 排客土檢測：共計完成64 筆坵塊排土土方TCLP 檢測及54筆坵塊客土土方重金屬篩測工作。 4. 排土客土工程：共計完成12,538.16 公噸排土處理工作、客土購置及清運等相關工作。 5. 自行驗證作業：依契約規定包含自行驗證採樣及檢測等工作，共計完成134 筆坵塊，面積28.33 公頃。 6. 農民地主說明會：共計完成2 場次說明會。 | ||

Changhua County Farmland Soil Pollution Control Site Appropriate Measures Improvement Plan-Irrigation Districts such as Dongxi Erzhen-Investigation and Improvement (B)
| 英文摘要 | The project goal is to conduct the soil investigation on heavy metal-contaminated farmlands near the Dong-Xi Second Waterway in Changhua County and the places where Changhua Environmental Protection Bureau (EPB) designates. Then, establishment of contaminated concentration distribution data for each contaminated farmlands is also completed through soil survey. The main remediation technology is “Soil dilution method”, which can be implemented with soil excavation and refill to for improving contaminated farmlands in the plan. The place of contaminated soils disposal are coordinated with projects from the Changhua EPB or other legal enterprises from official designation. Then high quality clean soils are purchased to complete the soil remediation. Finally, landowners can restore the agricultural usage after cancellation of the regulatory listing of the farmlands control site and achieve the goal for soil sustainability and maintain national fitness. According to contract, the results of this project are described as below. 1. Soil supplementary survey: 29.60 ha of contaminated farmlands has been accomplished. 2. Works for Soil dilution method: It has been accomplished 28.33 ha and 134 sections of farmlands including preceding procedures, soil remediation and fertilization. All works are conducted according to the contract. 3. Analysis of contaminated soils and clean soils: It has been accomplished the TCLP analysis of 64 sections of farmlands for contaminated soils and the analysis of 54 sections of farmlands heavy metal for clean soils. 4. Works for Soil excavation and backfilled: It has been accomplished 12,538.16 tons soils including the treatment of contaminated soils, purchase of clean soils to refill, transportation of soils, and so on. 5. Self-verification after remediation: It has been accomplished 28.33 ha and 134 sections of farmlands including soil sampling and analysis. 6. Landowners and farmers seminars: It has been accomplished 2 sections of seminar. | ||
