The purpose of this program is to build "Response System of Environmental Quality in Taichung," The project team used air quality information and pollution source management platform to strengthen management quality of the air quality in Taichung. The main works In this year were as followed: In order to enhance the quality of pollution incident in Taichung City, the project team not only set up air quality response center but also built the function for Search for air pollution sources. Users can find out about pollution sources more quickly through the Taichung Environment Quality Response System when the air pollution event has happened. The system also provide real-time emergency response results to response team personnel by using line notify push function. Through the above functions, managers can control the Taichung area pollution related data and environmental monitoring quality information . The project team presents real-time air quality trends, wind speed and wind direction through GIS platform. It let the managers can to make the basis for decision making when the air quality deteriorates.
