畜牧糞尿資源化田間試驗及環境教育教材編撰計畫

中文摘要 畜牧業的沼液沼渣有機物質回歸農田符合現今永續農業循環再利用的世界潮流,除了降低周遭河川污染影響環境,減少化學肥料的施用外,亦可改善土壤質地,增加農地土壤有機質含量,促進農作物的根系生長茂盛。計畫執行期間進行5種農作物栽培過程施用沼渣沼液處理,結果顯示不同農作物生長期間表現情形並不一致,發現其成效並不比慣行農法要來得差。農地使用沼渣沼液施灌前後,試驗組與對照組農地的土壤有機質、總凱氏氮、總磷、鋅與銅等監測濃度相近。其中,一般農地與溫室農地土壤的Zn(介於75~100 mg/kg與79~147 mg/kg)與Cu (介於13~24 mg/kg與15~25 mg/kg)濃度值皆低於環保署公告之土壤污染管制標準的食用作物農地之管制標準值。比較施用沼渣沼液與慣行農法在農作物全株對照的紀錄,直觀發現毛豆、黃秋葵與蕹菜的根系發展明顯比慣行農法旺盛,施用沼渣於田間使得作物生長在有機質含量相對於慣行農法較高的地區,導致其根系發展較茂盛。施灌沼渣沼液對農作物植體礦物累積量與慣行農法相似,栽種農作物並不會因施用沼渣沼液而導致農作物植體內之礦物元素含量產生變異,進而影響農作物生長的結果。同時,根據田間試驗之土壤、作物、沼液沼渣相關成果檢驗分析資料,完成編撰目標作物的沼液沼渣施灌手冊。

Field trial program for applying livestock manure and urine in the field and environmental education textbook compilation plan

英文摘要 The application of animal husbandry slurry and manure substances to farmland is in line with the current trend of the perpetual agricultural cycle. In addition to reducing the environmental impact of surrounding river pollution and reducing the application of chemical fertilizers, it can also improve soil texture, increase the soil organic matter content of agricultural land, and promote the growth of roots of crops. During the implementation period, five kinds of crop cultivation processes were applied to the slurry and manure treatment. The results showed that the performance of different crops during the growing period was not consistent, and the results were not worse than the conventional farming method. Before and after the application of slurry and manure in agricultural land, the monitoring concentrations of soil organic matter, total Kjeldahl, total phosphorus, zinc and copper in the experimental group and the control group were similar. The concentration of Zn (between 75~100 mg/kg and 79~147 mg/kg) and Cu (between 13~24 mg/kg and 15~25 mg/kg) in agricultural land and greenhouse farmland are lower than the value of the regulatory standards for food crops in the soil pollution control standards announced by EPA. Comparing the records of the application of slurry and manure and the conventional farming method in the whole crop control. It was found that the root development of edamame, okra and leek was obviously stronger than that of the conventional farming method. The application of slurry and manure residue in the field allows the crop to grow in areas where the organic matter content is higher than that of the conventional farming method, resulting in a more vigorous root development. The accumulation of crops and minerals in the irrigation and slurry is similar to that of the conventional farming method. Planting crops does not cause the variation of the mineral elements in the crops due to the application of the biogas slurry, which in turn affects the growth of the crops. At the same time, according to the field test, soil, crop, slurry and manure related results inspection and analysis data, complete the preparation of the target crop of biogas slurry and biogas residue irrigation manual.
