106年度低碳永續家園建構與認證評等維運專案工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 為全面推動低碳永續家園建構工作，行政院環境保護署（以下簡稱環保署）自103年7月1日開始測試運作「低碳永續家園認證評等推動計畫」，並於104年度正式推動辦理。低碳永續家園認證評等係以「自己和自己比賽」精神，期望由社區（村、里）、城市（鄉、鎮、市、區）及地方政府（直轄市、縣市政府）推動成果逐層往上累積的設計機制，形成由下而上推動、自上往下輔導的推展模式，以動員全民參與低碳永續家園推動工作。推動迄今累積3年多的執行經驗與基礎，以及累計參與單位數量達3,804個，參與率45%，861個單位獲得銅級評等等級，51個單位獲得銀級評等等級之成果 下，本年度除協助低碳永續家園推動體系相關組織正常維運、認證評等制度持續運作、相關補助計畫審核與管考工作，及持續辦理人員低碳永續建構能力培訓課程外，宜全面思考低碳永續家園相關政策走向，包括認證評等相關制度及文件的簡化，並針對銀級以上績優單位，提供協助輔導與低碳改造等相關誘因，以茲鼓勵等，以持續朝低碳永續家園建構之路邁進。 | ||

Promotion Plan to Construct, Operate, Certify and Classify for Low-Carbon Sustainable Homeland Project 2017
| 英文摘要 | In order to promote the Low-Carbon and Sustainable Homeland Program, Environmental Protection Administration Executive Yuan, R.O.C (EPAT) had officially running the “Low-Carbon and Sustainable Homeland Certification Pilot Project” since 2015. With the essence of competing-with-yourself, this pilot project is implemented with both bottom-up and top-down mechanism, trying to engaging in all the communities, villages, districts and cities/counties. So far, more than 3,804 units have participated in this program, the participation rate is near 45%, and 861 units got a bronze prize, 51 units got the silver prize. Moreover, this project also focuses on keeping the program smoothly operating by maintaining the function of all the relevant organization, reviewing the grants programs, evaluation the effectiveness of the implementation and holding training courses for the related employees. The project also considers about the policy direction of Low-Carbon and Sustainable Homeland, which include simplify the certification process and provide the counseling and low carbon transformation actions as an encouragement for silver participants. | ||
