全國土壤性質調查與管理計畫(第2期)

中文摘要 本計畫收集彙整國內外土壤污染管制標準相關資料,協助研擬土壤污染管制標準修正之建議方案及研議架構,並提出土壤戴奧辛污染管制標準修訂建議。於新北、苗栗、南投、嘉義、宜蘭、花蓮、臺東與工業區所屬區域主要土系計33處辦理代表性土系土壤剖面調查工作,完成164組分層土壤樣品採樣及基本性質分析作業,另自三期計畫挑選306組樣品分析非列管金屬元素含量,以完整建置污染傳輸及風險評估所需土壤特徵參數。同時運用土壤特性參數於土壤污染傳輸模式,據以建立可評估土壤重金屬移動性之品質指標。本計畫亦已完成全國土壤基本性質資料庫之建置,蒐集彙整環保署及各有關單位歷年完成之土壤基礎特性調查資料,提供各地區土壤調查資訊與基線背景濃度資料查詢、土壤品質指標試算及統計分析功能。

National soil quality investigation and management research program (2)

英文摘要 In order to improve and revise the Soil Pollution Control Standard and its researching structure, this relevant project has collected and summarized the relevant information. Also, this project proposes suggestions for the Soil Pollution Control Standard amendment for dioxin pollution. After the soil profiles investigation of 33 locations of representative soil series in New Taipei, Miaoli, Nantou, Chiayi, Yilan, Hualien, Taitung and the industrial zones, this project has completed soil sampling and soil property analysis of 164 samples of layered soil. Trace metal element analysis of 306 soil samples has also been completed to build the necessary soil characteristic parameters for pollution transmission evaluation and risk assessments. Simultaneously, this project has used the soil characteristic parameters with the soil pollution transmission mode to build a quality index of heavy metal mobility in soil environment. To provide soil survey information, background concentration data of baseline, trial calculation, and statistical analysis function of soil quality index for every region, this project has also completed the establishment of the national soil property database, and integrated the relevant soil characteristic investigation data which was completed by EPA and related units over these years.
