表面增強拉曼光譜技術於水體污染源追蹤之應用研究(1/4~2/4)

中文摘要 本期計畫是依前期計畫所建立的快速拉曼光譜檢測平台執行下列四個工作而獲得各自的成果。第一、決定以表面增強拉曼技術檢測水中六價鉻與三價鉻的最佳酸鹼值條件,並且依此確立檢測混合水樣中分別決定三價鉻與六價鉻濃度的流程。第二、探討水樣中不同離子如何影響六價鉻與氰化物的表面增強拉曼訊號,並且依此進行真實工廠放流水中六價鉻與氰化物的定量分析。第三、評估以表面增強拉曼技術檢測水中五種有機磷類及五種胺基甲酸鹽類農藥的可行性,並且建立可偵測農藥的標準光譜資料庫。第四、開發可適用於現場檢驗的可攜式拉曼光譜儀。

Application of Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy to Tracking Water Pollutants

英文摘要 This project is based on a rapid Raman spectroscopy detection platform established by the previous project to achieve the following results. First, the optimal pH values of detecting hexavalent and trivalent chromium in water with surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) were determined; with that, the procedure to quantify both chromium species in mixed solution was established. Second, the influences of different co-existing ions on the SERS detection of hexavalent chromium and cyanide in water were revealed; with that, the quantitative analysis of hexavalent chromium and cyanide with the SERS detection platform in actual effluent water samples from factories was performed. Third, the feasibility of using SERS technique to detect five organophosphorus and five amidoformate pesticides in water was evaluated; the standard spectral database of those pesticides that showed prominent SERS signal was established. Fourth, a portable Raman system was developed for on-site inspection of toxins.
