106年度雲林縣柴油車排煙檢測及空品淨區加強管制計畫
| 中文摘要 | 爲降低縣內柴油車輛排放黑煙對空氣品質及民眾之影響，雲林縣環境保護局持續推動「106年度雲林縣柴油車排煙檢測及空品淨區加強管制計畫」，執行柴油車輛排煙檢測及油品管制工作，以維護本縣之空氣品質。「106年度雲林縣柴油車排煙檢測及空品淨區加強管制計畫」計畫期程為106年4月26日至107年4月25日，為期1年。主要合約工作目標皆已符合期末報告目標數量。本計畫完成目測判煙通知268輛、檢測站黑煙檢測3,521輛、路邊攔檢及場站檢測928輛等方式稽查高污染烏賊車輛進行檢測，並同時進行柴油車輛之油品抽測10件、加油站等油品抽測10件、地下油行稽巡查24場次等，以遏阻排放黑煙及使用非法油品之烏賊車輛。 | ||

2017 Yunlin County Diesel Vehicle Dynamometer Smoke Emission and Air Quality Management Testing Plan
| 英文摘要 | In order to reduce the impact on the air quality and on the public by the smoke emissions from diesel vehicles with in the county, Environmental Protection Bureau, Yunlin County, continue implementing ‘2017 Yunlin County Diesel Vehicle Dynamometer Smoke Emission and Air Quality Management Testing Plan’ and executing smoke emission test and oil quality control on diesel vehicles to protect and maintain the air quality in the County. ‘2017 Yunlin County Diesel Vehicle Dynamometer Smoke Emission and Air Quality Management Testing Plan’ – The duration of the plan is from 26th April 2017 to 25th April 2018; for one year. The work objectives, stipulated in the main contract, have all met target numbers in the mid-term work evaluation report. This plan completed the notifications of ‘judgment by visual determination’ to 268 vehicles; testing under full load at inspection station to 3,521 vehicles; roadside spot inspection and station inspection to 928 vehicles – as inspection methods to check and test on the vehicles with high risk of pollution. Tests which are in addition to the aforementioned and carried out in parallel are diesel oil quality monitoring on diesel vehicle – 10 cases; diesel oil quality monitoring at petrol station – 10 cases; patrol and investigation on illegal oil trade – 24 times to prevent vehicles which produce air-pollutant emission and use of illegal oil. | ||
