In the light of the development of all walks of life in domestic , separate industries’process operation are going to be diversified. Type of chemicals which used in Taiwan had break through more than 50 thousand . But up to the end of 104th year of ROC calender ,the announcement of toxic chemicals controlled items are not more than 310 type .In Taichung , there are 536 operation company had been controlled recently .So far to the end of 105th year of ROC calender , the work effectiveness of this project:
1.Attend to toxic chemicals management in Taichung had completed
(1) Collect recent background of Toxic chemicals operation in Taichung
(2) Inspect toxic chemicals operation places in Taichung for 500 play
(3) Assist to handle the project inspection or site inspection for 105 documents.
(4) Attend to toxic chemicals operating places in Taichung established environmental protection inspection punishment controlled system 614 documents and database the application toxic chemicals operation dealers in Taichung 218 documents to total 832 documents.
(5) Attend to 4 site inspections for toxic chemicals related legislation propaganda to total 477 dealers ,515 staffs participate in.
(6) Assist to handle toxic chemicals license registion , approve documents to examine and preliminary trailing assignment for 907 documents.
2. Attend to toxic chemicals disaster reduction had completed in business part
(1) This year , disaster reduction drill had attended at the 6th of September in TSMC(Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company)’s 15A dock , mobilize to total 15 governments and non-governmental related organization , 182 emergency response members and 24 quantifier for response vehicles participate the exercise. In addition , invited 2 specialist scholars , 14 demonstrate departments , in total 24 members call an exercise review conference at the 8th of September in Central Taiwan Science Park room 402 .
(2) 10 site inspections for toxic chemicals operating places controlled announcement for tutor disaster pretention and response project on site ( included no warning test on site ) , and 3 site inspections for meet interior to attend area operating about defense organization(central area) manufacturers and do the advance of warning test.
(3) Completed Wushu district , Longjing district , Dadu district , Tachia district in total 4 districts ,in total implement 28 toxic chemicals operating places , 158 site inspections for as result of toxic disaster simulation analysis about numerous operating.
(4) Assist to handle toxic chemicals disaster pretention and response project preliminary trailing assignment 20 documents.
