106年嘉義縣固定污染源連續自動監測系統(CEMS)功能查核及稽查管制暨中洋防護網管理計畫
| 中文摘要 | 計畫目標： (一) 執行連續自動監測設施法規符合度及功能查核與評鑑，落實管理辦法之 執行，並掌握固定污染源即時排放情形。 (二) 藉由固定污染源稽查檢測作業，以落實空氣污染防制工作。 (三) 辦理室內空氣品質管理工作，執行各類公私場所調查輔導及稽查、室內 空氣品質法規宣導。 (四) 執行本縣空氣品質人工測站監測設施之操作維護、校正及保養，以確保 監測數據品質，以隨時掌握空氣品質變化。 (五) 操作維護中洋工業區污染防護網之監測/監控設施。 (六) 維護及更新污染源指紋資料庫及應變查詢系統正常運作。 (七) 依據氣象條件對中洋工業區上、下風處以監測車進行空氣品質監測(含工業區內外同步執行鋼瓶採樣分析比對)。 (八) 針對中洋工業區內5家工廠執行鋼瓶採樣，並進行分析比對。 (九) 執行航空、環境及交通音量監測、環境中非游離輻射檢測工作，協助噪音相關管制工作之推動。 | ||
