106年-107年應回收廢棄物稽核認證團體（非塑膠廢容器類）專案工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 統計自106年1月1日起至107年12月31日止，本計畫執行非塑膠廢容器處理之稽核認證作業查核內容主要包括：回收量及處理量稽核、作業程序稽核、環境稽核及會計稽核等工作，依規定完成受補貼機構執行進廠認證查驗及稽核認證量核發，經核算，非塑膠廢容器稽核認證回收量總計569,397,239公斤；稽核認證處理量總計561,384,493公斤。 本計畫執行期間共完成作業程序稽核5,746場，其中包含環境查核443場，以及完成會計稽核、再生料及廢棄物庫存數量查核計443場。另完成受補貼機構地磅抽驗作業共計70場；再生料及廢棄物出廠流向追蹤查核作業共計55場次。 教育訓練部分，已完成每位新進人員40小時以上之職前訓練及專業考核，以及執行22場次每月定期會議訓練，並已於106年2月11~12日及107年3月3~4日共辦理2場次人員教育訓練。另針對資源回收體系現況及去化管道相關問題，研擬相關因應措施及改善對策供環保署參考。 | ||

The Auditing and Certification Project of the Regulated Recyclable Waste （Non-Plastics Waste Containers）
| 英文摘要 | According to the results of non-plastic waste containers auditing and certification from Jan 01, 2017 to October 31, 2018, the main tasks included the auditings of collection quantity, recycling quantity, operational processes, environment, and accounting. The project finished the on-site certification and auditing for subsidize recycles and verified their recycling volume. The total certified collection quantity of non-plastic waste containers was 569,397,239 kilograms and the total certified recycling quantity was 561,384,493 kilograms. During the project period, total of 5,746 operational processes were conducted including 443 environmental. Auditing and 443 recycled materials and waste inventory Auditings. Besides performed 70 weight scale tests and 85 recycled materials and wastes tracking. For the results of the educational training, every new inspector was required to complete at least 40-hours training and related examinations. The project also conducted 22 monthly vocational trainings. Besides, the professional trainings were completed on 11~12 Feb., 2017 and 3~4 Mar., 2018. In view of the current situation of the resource recovery system and the related issues of the disposal flow path, the relevant measures and improvements were proposed for reference. | ||
