106年度桃園市柴油車檢測計畫

中文摘要 柴油引擎因引擎輸出馬力大,油耗相對於汽油引擎來的少,被廣泛地運用在乘客或貨物的運送、工程機械等用途上。由於經濟的快速成長,使用柴油車輛也急遽增加,但柴油車排放的污染物經研究顯示,對人體健康造成巨大危害。因此,在車輛污染管制上,除新車審驗逐步加嚴排放標準外,亦針對使用中車輛加強管制,並宣導車主按時保養定期檢驗,以避免自身車輛成為污染元凶。 為配合環保局柴油車管制策略的運作,達成「空氣污染防制法」之目標,本計畫主要是執行柴油車動力計檢驗及廠站稽查檢測,就使用中柴油車的現況,透過不定期檢驗與維修改善,以有效改善桃園市空氣污染,達成環境保護之成效。

Taoyuan City Diesel vehicle inspection Program for 2017

英文摘要 As the horsepower outputted by diesel engines are higher than oil engines, the oil consumption of diesel engines are also less than that of oil engines. Thus, diesel engines are comprehensively applied to the transportation of passengers, cargoes, construction machines or other purposes. As the swift growth of economy, the quantity of diesel vehicles also increases accordingly in a short time. However, many researches show that the pollutants exhausted by diesel vehicles will result in serious damages to human bodies. Therefore, regarding the pollution control of diesel vehicles, it is necessary to gradually make the emission standards stricter in new vehicle models; besides, it is also necessary to more strictly manage and control the emission of vehicles currently in use and promote the vehicle owners to maintain their vehicles on time and periodically inspect their vehicles in order to avoid that their vehicles become the pollutant sources. So as to cooperate with the control strategy of Environmental Protection Bureau for diesel vehicles and achieve the object of “Air Pollution Protection Act”, the major measures of the project are to conduct the diesel vehicle dynamometer inspection and the station test inspection to irregularly inspect, maintain and improve the diesel vehicles currently in use so as to effectively improve the air pollution of Taoyuan City and realize the environmental protection.
