106年度綠色生活行銷網絡經營及推廣專案工作計畫

中文摘要 本計畫於106年6月3日開始執行,工作目標為綠色生活資訊網相關系統與功能的開發與維護;推廣面著重於網絡經營及推廣,綠色消費宣傳影片製作、粉絲團經營、電子報與型錄發布等,讓訊息能夠透過不同的平台散播,提高環保標章與綠色消費的推廣成效。 針對系統與功能的開發與維護,環保標章申請與審查系統不僅強化原系統功能資訊化程度,同時也建立產品追蹤查核專區,強化產品後市場管理。對於政府機關及民間企業綠色採購申報系統,維運重點則放在申報功能優化與友善度的提升,強化自行申報功能,導入防呆機制,並簡化產品申報流程。另外,持續更新線上影音教學影片,增加使用者對於系統使用的熟悉度,加速申報作業 針對網站內容更新與系統推廣,今年度共完成35篇中翻英訊息、35篇英翻中訊息,發布7則影音訊息;辦理機關綠色採購系統說明會共30場次、環保標章申請系統操作說明會4場次,寄發7期電子報與7期電子型錄。 為網站及社群媒體推廣,本年度完成拍攝綠色消費宣傳影片第三部曲-「輕鬆成為人品大爆發的人氣王!(蔡阿嘎X環保集點)」,透過Youtube影音平台宣傳環保集點,瀏覽次數高達21.9萬次。此外,「綠色生活」官方臉書粉絲團以多元行銷方式進行推廣,粉絲人數超過14,000人,相較去年度成長了17.3%。 整體而言,本年度透過網站內容開發與維運,結合網絡媒體進行行銷綠色消費,取得良好的效應,成功提升民眾對於環保標章和綠色消費的認知。

The Management and Promotional Project for Green-living Information Platform (2017)

英文摘要 This project started from 6th June 2017, aiming to develop new system for the Green-living Information Platform as well as maintaining other existing services. For promotional purpose, this project utilizes various channels, such as Facebook’s fan page, newsletters, e-catalogue, and short clips on green consumption to spread out messages to the public. For the platform’s development and maintenance, the Green Mark E-Application System has been upgraded and a new system on Green Mark’s Products Post-Market Maintenance was developed to aid the management on Green Mark certified products. The development of Green Procurement E-Declaring System for Government and Private Agencies emphasized on the optimization and improvement of user’s interface, introducing fool-proof design simplified the declaring methods of the system. Also, teaching clips have been updated periodically to ensure users are familiar with the usage of the system in order to speed up the declaring work on the platform. For the Platform’s content update and promote, 35 Mandarin news and 35 English news were translated and published respectively. Training sessions were held periodically, including 4 workshops for Green Mark E-Application and 30 workshops for Green Procurement Declaring. Also, 7 web-videos, 7 e-papers (including Green-Living e-paper and Green Product Online Shop’s e-paper), and 7 Green Products’ e-catalogues were published in order to diversify the web contents. The 3rd episode of the green consumption promotional videos’ trilogy, “Gain Popularity among Your Friends Easily! (Cai-A-Ga ft. Green Point)”, was published through web celebrity, Cai-A-Ga’s YouTube channel. The clip went viral and created 219 thousand views on Youtube. In addition, the Green-living’s fan-page gained continuous growth this year and passed 14,000 fans, increased by 17.3% compared to last year. Overall, the maintenance and promotion efforts received good result, and increased the public awareness on Green Mark and green procurement.
