This project in 2017 involves 26 tasks, including gathering and survey of the project-related environmental background data; patrol on the clean air zone of the City, and survey and improvement of exposed area; assistance in the annual EPA evaluation and the evaluations according to the Bureau’s air pollution project; meetings, propaganda, people-convenient measures and people satisfaction; and project management (including maintenance and evaluation of systems). Since the signing on Feb. 22 till Dec. 29, the percentage of achievement of the Project is 100%. The Project executed contracts for NT$5.800 million, and involves dedicated human power, specified by contracts, including project manager and four engineers, and non-dedicated project leader.
Milestones for the completion of 36.95 hectares exposed area counseling improved, 3.16 ha plant tree planting, funding application for the case review conference to promote 1 adopt base operations, maintenance of air quality purification area arbor resume, such as checking and monthly routine, 5 improvement clean air zone of government subsidies. Taichung City Government with the Million Tree Project for 8 years, EPA completed a total about of 38,471 planted.
