The project has been proposed indoor air quality strategies for assisting the Environmental Protection Bureau of Chiayi City to set up indoor air quality control policy and further bring it in execution. The framed tasks include: 1) generating basic location database 2) investigating indoor air quality of the locations, 3) constructing tactics of location improvement and its follow-up guidance, and 4) conducting management strategies for monitored locations. To cooperate with the government policy, we’re going to reference domestic and international technological literature as well as relative resources from governing bureaus, this project devotes to maintaining first-level indoor air quality and promoting the superior policy of Chiayi City.The outcome of it is demonstrated as follows:
1.Promotion of indoor air quality maintenance and management system
(1)Guidance meeting
(2)Investigation of indoor air quality of 100 sites (200 times)
(3)Aiding 100 sites to set up maintenance and management regulations
(4)Holding inter-bureau coordination meetings
(5)Examining the standards of indoor air quality at 38 sites
(6)On-site aiding 30 locations to maintain and manage indoor air quality
(7)Continuously inspecting CO2 at five announced locations
(8)Indoor air quality demonstration meeting
(9)Printing 200 guidebooks to promote maintenance and management of indoor air quality
(10)Evaluation and prize award of excellent self-management places
2.Integrating indoor air quality information and maintaining its databases
(1) Updating and maintaining the basic information of public locations in Chiayi
(2) Updating and maintaining the information network of indoor air quality in Chiayi
