The execution duration of this project is from October 31st, 2017 to October 30th, 2018.The final results of this project were separately introduced as the following:
1.There are 275 factories obtain 566 operating permits, and the approved emission are 2,791.12 ton of particulate matters, 11,454.65 ton of sulfur oxide, 18,637.61 ton of nitrogen oxide and 4,951.71 ton of volatile organic compounds.
2.Accepts permission application document 295 issues and approbate 111 permits during project period.
3.The operating permits air pollution emission of The No.6 Naphtha Cracker Complex are 1,688.08 ton of particulate matters, 10,194.2 ton of sulfur oxide, 16,916.6 ton of nitrogen oxide and 3,074.202 ton of volatile organic compounds.
4.21 factories acquire “Easy to cause air pollution material’s permit“ and get total amount of coal for use are 14,337,436.28 tons. The actual using are 12,729,950.58 tons in 2017.
5. To co-operate EPA for promoting third-level against system area to second-level against system area, the air pollutant allowed that reduces the quantity to equal various air pollutant to reduce the total suspended particle pollutant 99.6 ton/years, the sulfur oxide compound 396.68 ton/years, the nitrogen oxide 186.19 ton/years and the volatile organic compounds 163.32 ton/years.
6. Total emissions of air pollutants of 712 operating factories in Yuilin County are 1,696.15 tons for particulate matter, 6,2382.57 tons for sulfur oxides, 14,009.74 tons for nitrogen oxides, and 4,936.85 tons for volatile organic compounds.
7. To inspect operation permits, find 21cases of emission declaration are defect.
8. Conducting 85 surveys and nuclear operations, 16 pieces violate the law.
9.The effective monitoring rate of PG01 and PG02 NOx in Taiwan's Haifeng Plant Aromatics Third Plant in the second quarter of 2017 was less than 85%.
10.Total of 6 meetings and 3 factory pollution improvement counseling expert meetings are held.
