營造友善城鄉環境（拔尖級）106年專案管理暨107年初步規劃計畫
| 中文摘要 | 為使國人之居住環境以「生態城市、健康環境及寧適生活」發展，環保署於104年至107年推動「建構寧適家園計畫-營造友善城鄉環境」計畫，主要輔導地方進行環境之清理與市容整頓，因此，訂定14項環境衛生永續指標，作為打造永續環保、清淨家園之方針。 本計畫主要工作事項為兩項，針對106年度霧峰區營造友善城鄉環境(拔尖級)計畫之工程、巡檢進行進度之管控及107年度爭取營造友善城鄉環境(拔尖級)計畫之規劃，而營造友善城鄉環境計畫主要採取競爭型機制，因此，辦理相關遴選作業，以選出代表臺中市參與選拔之行政區，並協助辦理細部規劃事宜，最後選出臺中市中區作為107年度執行區域。 | ||

| 英文摘要 | In order to enable the living environment of people to develop in an "eco-city, a healthy environment and a comfortable life", the Environmental Protection Administration(EPA) to promote "Build a Comfortable Homeland Project - Building a Friendly Urban and Rural Environment" from 2015 to 2018 Painting, the main counseling local environmental clean-up and city planning, therefore, set 14 target for health and sustainability indicators, as a way to create a sustainable environment, clean the homeland. The main work of this project has two plans, for 2017 academic year of Wufung District area to create a friendly urban and rural environment (Top-class) of the project, inspection of the progress of the control and to win over the project of 2018 academic year to create a friendly urban and rural areas Environment (Top-class) project planning, and to create a friendly urban and rural environment program mainly to take a competitive mechanis. Finally, to option the Middle District in Taichung City for the project of 2018 academic year from EPA’s project to improve the environment and to raise the quality of life. | ||
