1.In order to increase the efficiency of air pollution petitioning cases execution, the executive team helps to transfer, key-in & receive data of petitioning cases for 3,234 times. The team also assists in inspecting, informing of public nuisance cases for 4,911 times. Furthermore, the team helps in keying in data in EEMS for 2,481 times. When receiving notice of serious case, the team member arrives the site within 2 hours for 5 times.
2.For the implement of environmental protection, the executive team carries out case-checking, reviewing & interviewing for 55 times.
3.During the period of the plan, the team carries out satisfaction survey based on 5,408 cases consisting of 5,295 surveys by telephone, 77 surveys by email. The positive satisfaction rating is about 97.1% (4,169 cases) related to inspecting results of odor, noise, environmental sanitation cases. By enhancing the manners of telephone-answering staff, professional competence of inspectors, etc. we can increase reporting center recognition of the public.
4.The executive team implements funnel or borderline sampling and odor determination for 14 times, among which there is 1 result not complying with the standard.
5.To reinforce the inspecting technique of environmental inspector, the team carries out 7 training sessions. Through these training sessions, we can improve the capability, professional knowledge, skill of inspectors and executive staff of the plan.
6.The team also help the purchase of inspecting equipment & sampling devices. Furthermore, the team carry out training sessions of purchasing equipment & devices to enhance the ability of evidence collection during inspecting.
