106年土壤及地下水相關計畫檢測作業品保監督查核計畫

FY 2017 Supervision and Inspection Plan for the Quality Assurance of Projects Relevant to Soil and Groundwater Pollution Investigation
| 英文摘要 | The 2017 “Supervision and Inspection Plan for the Quality Assurance of Projects Relevant to Soil and Groundwater Pollution Investigation” focused on various soil and groundwater protection and associated projects of the Environmental Protection Administration of the Republic of China with its county and city EPA. The QAP executes 1. Review of the original individual plan per the Quality Assurance Project Plan framework. 2. Audit the on-site sampling activities. 3. Laboratory audition. 4. Proficiency Test on blind CRM. 5. Workshops on auditors and environmental laboratories one time separately. According to the project objectives, the 2017 QAP has completed 46 reviews of the county and city QAPP plans, 43 on-site audit of samplings, 32 laboratories auditions. The PT tests for 15 laboratories on soils, groundwater and sledges with heavy metal compounds, total 299 items. With the compilation of all audit findings, one auditor pre-audit consensus workshop, post-audit auditorworkshop and one laboratories workshop were conducted. All QAP project objectives have been fulfilled. The main target of this QAP is aimed to assure the each county and city soil and groundwater environmental protection project was properly executed according to its original QAPP on sampling and laboratory testing. All laboratories and county city EPA were informed by the non-compliance findings officially with the corresponding correction activities to improve the laboratories testing skill and data quality. The future project will be aiming at the same direction to fortify the core objectives of this QAP. | ||
