106-107年度紫外線監測分析與儀器校驗實驗室專案工作計畫

中文摘要 「106-107年度紫外線監測分析與儀器校驗實驗室」專案計畫(以下簡稱本計畫)以提高國內紫外線指數監測之正確性為任務,年度專案計畫目標如下:一、維護紫外線監測數值之正確性。二、提供紫外線監測分析資訊。三、紫外線輻射計校驗品質管理。除了一般作業之外,完成下列工作: 紫外線監測系統之觀測資料分析結果顯示:紫外線指數的監測資料有效率相當高,資料也漸趨平穩。午時輻射佔全日輻射量比例冬高夏低的特徵相當清楚;UVI月平均與危險級(UVI≧11)的出現機率具區域差異與逐年變化特徵。月與月間之天氣氣候變化快速,導致UV輻射也快速變化。2017年6月至9月、2018年3月至10月UVI平均值與危險級出現機率檢定各區間多呈現偏大情形。此外本計畫應用最高溫、日較差、水汽壓、雲量及降水場等氣候參數分析,探討逐月UVI觀測異常的可能原因。 為維護UV監測數值之正確性,2017~2018年分別完成環保署26台與30台紫外線輻射計校驗(2018年新增4台Solar Light 501A UVB儀器)。 中央氣象局紫外線輻射計校驗工作,2017~2018年依規劃完成超過40台儀器(包含新品、備品及測站上儀器)的校驗工作,並協助氣象局人員進行儀器操作訓練。 本專案計畫依要求完成各項交付之工作內容。於每季提報上一季紫外線監測資料分析報告及儀器校驗狀態報告,均有利於瞭解紫外線指數的變化趨勢及維護紫外線監測數值之正確性。

UV-Index Monitoring Analysis and Instrument Calibration Laboratory

英文摘要 The main task of this project, “106-107 UV-Index Monitoring Analysis and Instrument Calibration Laboratory” is to enhance the UV monitoring ability in Taiwan. The objective of this project are : (1) To maintain the correctness of the UV monitoring values. (2) To provide the information on UV monitoring and analysis. (3) To execute UV instruments calibration quality control. Beside of operational works, the following jobs have been done: The data of the UV monitoring system is analyzed. It is shown that the ratio of valid data is quite high. The variation of the observation is stable. The proportion of the radiation sustained during noon in daily total amount appears high in winter and low in summer. The probability of UVI monthly mean and larger than hazard-scale (UVI≧11) show spatial and inter-annual variability. Climate and weather as well as UVI changed abruptly. From June to September of 2017 and from March to October of 2018, Taiwan’s UVI showed higher than in the past. Furthermore, meteorological data such as maximum temperature, diurnal temperature range, vapor pressure, cloudiness, and precipitation have been analyzed to explore the causes of monthly UVI anomalies. To maintain the correctness of UV monitoring values, UVI Calibration Lab. did the calibration of 26 and 30 UV radiometers in 2017 and 2018. (4 new Solar Light 501A UVB instruments were added in 2018). In 2017 and 2018, UVI Calibration Lab. not only completed the calibration of more than 40 radiometers of CWB (including new instruments, spare parts and instruments on the CWB’s weather monitoring station) but also to provide UV instrument operation training. All works proposed have been accomplished. The content of the raw data and statistics analyzing result of observations, and UV instrument calibration records have been kept and updated by schedule. All these work are useful for understanding the changing trend of the UV index in Taiwan and maintaining the correctness of the UV monitoring values.
