彰化縣農地土壤污染控制場址適當措施改善計畫-鐵山、嘉犁等灌區-污染改善

中文摘要 本計畫主要目的為針對「彰化縣農地土壤污染控制場址適當措施改善計畫-鐵山、嘉犁等灌區-污染改善」進行污染農地改善,藉由耕犁工法及排土客土法進行污染改善工作,俾能解除列管。各工作項目依規定執行,包含提送污染改善計畫書、工作成果月報、工作日誌、工作進度報告、舉辦農民地主說明會及農地巡查,並執行計畫範圍內農地污染改善、自行驗證、監督驗證、地力回復及解除列管等作業。 除依計畫預定工作內容與契約書之相關規定執行外,另配合環保局,就本計畫執行之品質要求與進度控管,定期招開工作檢討會及各項審查會議。 本計畫工程成果為(1)召開2場農民地主說明會。(2)完成144筆(約25.8980公頃)耕犁工法及105筆(約16.3542公頃)排土客土法之污染農地改善及地力回復作業,使污染農地可以恢復農業用途,達到維護國民健康及土地永續利用之目標。

Changhua County Agricultural Land Pollution Control Site Appropriate Improvement Plan - Tieshan, Jiali irrigation district – Improvement

英文摘要 The main purpose of this project was to perform the project of “Changhua County Agricultural Land Pollution Control Site Appropriate Improvement Plan - Tieshan, Jiali irrigation district – Improvement”. By means of soil dilution method and soil off-site disposal method with clean soil backfilled, the controlled sites could be relieved to control. Individual work items including submitting pollution improvement plans, monthly performance reports, daily activity logs and progress reports, hosting orientations to farms and landholders , inspecting agricultural land pollution control site. Additionally, site remediation, self-verification, third-part-verification, fertility recovered and finally relieving sites to control were implemented according to regulation. In addition to scheduled work and that relevant to contract, we also cooperated with EPA to ensure quality, control the progress, host evaluation and review meeting regularly. The achievements of this project included (1) We held 2 orientations to farms and landholders, (2) To continue the agricultural activities and achieve the goal for soil sustainability and maintain nation fitness, soil dilution method and soil off-site disposal method with clean soil backfilled were performed for 144 (25.8980 hectares) and 105 (16.3542 hectares) farmlands respectively, and soil fertility was recovered for these 248 sites.
