106-107年度新竹市老舊柴油大型車汰除與加裝濾煙器補助審查計畫
| 中文摘要 | 一、辦理一、二期大型柴油車汰除及三期大型柴油車加裝濾煙器之補助案件審查、協助撥款、資料建檔整理與提報作業截至107年12月31日申請汰舊補助案件數共計149件，審核通過149件，總補助金額為3,060萬元，現階段已撥款補助完成122件，合計金額為2,545萬元。 申請加裝濾煙器補助案件數為34件，其中1件因申請與原安裝濾煙器型號不同，故退件辦理，通過審核合計33件，總補助金額為443萬元，第一期款已撥款補助完成32件，合計金額為177.2萬元，第二期款已撥款補助完成19件，合計金額為114萬元。 二、針對大型柴油車加裝濾煙器補助案件進行電話及實車查核 本計畫申請審核通過加裝濾煙器補助案件數共計33件，依合約規定按季進行電話查核33件，實車查核20件。 三、宣傳一、二期大型柴油車汰除政策，辦理濾煙器操作維護說明會 (一) 本計畫共計辦理1場次記者會及4場次說明會，共計宣導377人次。 (二)針對一、二期大型柴油車汰除及三期大型柴油車加裝濾煙器之補助發佈3則新聞稿。 (三)為提升服務品質，減少民眾訴願，本計畫共完成辦理4場次內部人員教育。 四、協助環保局審理二行程機車汰舊補助相關案件 至107年12月底完成審核二行程機車汰舊補助1,388輛次，有1,323輛次符合汰舊補助，其中有65輛次退件，退件率為4.9%；並已協助完成993輛汰舊補助撥款。 五、截至107年12月31日，統計一、二期大型柴油車汰除及三期大型柴油車加裝濾煙器車輛數計算削減量，NOX共削減69.4公噸/年，PM2.5共削減5.22公噸/年。 | ||
