106年臺中市二行程機車汰舊、換購、新購低污染車輛補助作業計畫
| 中文摘要 | 計畫執行期程自簽約日106 年1 月1 日起至106 年12 月31 日止， 整體工作量完程度已達100%。目前已完成工作項目包含補助案件行 政審查35,992 件、二行程機車汰舊補助申請簡訊發送27,173 則、二 行程汰舊暨低污染電動二輪車補助案件申請說明會3 場、車體廣告 刊登20 輛、宣導摺頁印製4,000 張、宣導海報印製500 張、修訂本 市汰舊二行程機車暨換購低污染電動二輪車補助標準作業流程1 式、建置二行程機車汰舊及新購電動二輪車補助案件線上申請暨審 核系統1 式、二行程機車汰舊及新購電動二輪車補助案件線上申請 暨審核系統維護11 個月、補助案件核銷檢討會4 場次。透過上述相 關執行工作，現階段達成空氣污染物減量成果為NOx：7.3 噸、PM2 . 5： 13.9 噸、NMHC： 183.5 噸， 未來希冀持續推動二行程機車淘汰， 達 到低碳城市之目標。 | ||

Taichung City Allowance Plan for replacement of Two -Stroke Motorcycle and newly purchase of low pollution vehicles in the year 2017.
| 英文摘要 | The Completion of this project has reached 100％ since the contract date from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2017. The completed items included the following, 35,992 applications of both eliminated two-stroke motorbikes and the purchase of eletric two whe elers. 27,173 text messages of eliminate two-stroke motorbikes application have been sent, 3 orientations of eliminate two-stroke motorbikes and electric two wheelers. 20 public transit advertising, 4,000 brochures, 500 poster, standard operation procedure of eliminating two-stroke motorbikes and merchandising electric two wheelers. Establishment and maintenance ( 11 2 months) the system for eliminating two-stroke motorbikes and new purchasing of electric two wheelers, and also 4 evaluation meetings cross-departments of applications . Through the execution work done above, the air pollution in the stage has been reduce to NOx：7.3 ton、PM2 . 5：13.9 ton 、NMHC ： 183.5 ton. We hope to continue to promote eliminating two-stroke motorbikes, to achieve the goal of low-carbon cities. | ||
