106-107年度應回收廢棄物稽核認證團體(廢電子電器及廢資訊物品類)專案工作計畫

中文摘要	本計畫執行期間（106年1月至107年12月）之廢電子電器及廢資訊物品類廢物品稽核認證量統計如下：廢CRT電視機稽核認證量為1,672,252台，廢LCD電視機稽核認證量為386,646台，廢電冰箱稽核認證量為866,585台，廢洗衣機稽核認證量為938,874台，廢冷暖氣機稽核認證量為1,829,767台，廢電風扇稽核認證量為200,095台，各類廢電子電器總稽核認證量合計為5,894,219台; 廢資訊物品稽核認證量各類別統計，廢CRT顯示器232,753台及廢LCD顯示器1,074,981台，廢主機（A類、B類與C類）2,061,428台，廢可攜式電腦-廢筆記型電腦234,573台，廢可攜式電腦-廢平板電腦17,735台，廢印表機883,041台及廢鍵盤982,059台，各類廢資訊物品總稽核認證量合計為5,486,570台。本計畫執行期間（106年1月至107年12月）查驗不符允收廢物品廢電子電器類總計廢CRT電視機3,210台、廢LCD電視機（小於27吋） 492台、廢LCD電視機（大於27吋） 660台、廢電冰箱1,778台、廢洗衣機1,567台、廢冷暖氣機1,568台及廢電風扇629台，總不符允收數量合計為9,903台；廢資訊物品類總計廢CRT顯示器440台、廢LCD顯示器1,578台、廢主機A類1,766台、廢主機B類530台、廢主機C類7台、廢主機D類0台、廢可攜式電腦-廢筆記型電腦222台、廢可攜式電腦-廢平板電腦52台、廢印表機741台及廢鍵盤261台，不符允收數量合計為5,597台。廢電子電器及廢資訊物品不符允收數量共計15,500台，共減少廢電子電器之基金支出3,658,790元，及減少廢資訊物品之基金支出907,292元，合計共減少廢電子電器及廢資訊物品基金4,566,082元之支出。本計畫執行期間（106年1月至107年12月）缺件廢物品稽核認證量，廢電子電器類統計廢CRT電視機4,065.0公斤、廢LCD電視機39,550.6公斤、廢電冰箱61,815.2公斤、廢冷暖氣機6,260.0公斤，共計認證111,690.8公斤; 廢資訊物品類統計廢CRT顯示器250.0公斤、廢LCD顯示器495.0公斤及廢鍵盤544.4公斤，共計認證1,289.4公斤。

The Third-party Inspection and Certification on Waste Information Technology appliances and Electrical and Electronic Equipment

英文摘要	From January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2018, the totally certificated amount of waste electronic and electric appliances were 5,894,219 sets, including 1,672,252 CRT TVs, 386,646 LCD TVs, 866,585 refrigerators, 938,874 washing machines, 1,829,767 air conditioners and 200,095 electric fans. The totally certificated amount of waste information technology equipments were 5,486,570 sets, including 232,753 CRT monitors, 1,074,981 LCD monitors, 2,061,428 class A, B and C computer cases, 234,573 notebooks, 17,735 tablet PCs, 883,041 printers and 982,059 keyboards. During the project period (from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2018), the amount of unqualified waste electronic and electric appliances reached 9,903 sets, included 3,210 CRT TVs, 492 LCD TVs(under 27 inches), 660 LCD TVs(over 27 inches), 1,778 refrigerators, 1,567 washing machines, 1,568 air conditioners and 629 electric fans. The amount of unqualified waste information technology equipments reached 5,597 sets, included 440 CRT monitors, 1,578 LCD monitors, 1,766 class A computer cases, 530 class B computer cases, 7 class C computer cases, 0 class D computer cases, 222 notebooks, 52 tablet PCs, 741 printers and 261 keyboards. The subsidy saved for unqualified waste electronic and electric appliances was 3,658,790 NT dollars and for unqualified waste information technology equipments was 907,292 NT dollars. Sum of total savings was 4,566,082 NT dollars. During the project period (from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2018), the amount of waste electronic and electric appliances which lack components reached 111,690.8 kg, included 4,065.0 CRT TVs, 39,550.6 LCD TVs, 61,815.2 refrigerators and 6,260.0 air conditioners. The amount of waste information technology equipments which lack components reached 1,289.4 kg, included 250.0 CRT monitors, 495.0 LCD monitors, and 544.4 keyboards.
