This project was carried out from March 31st, 2017 to December 31st, 2017. For the propose of guiding public or private waste clearance and disposal organizations and providing management suggestions, the work projects has reached as below:
1.Reviewed and revised the public and private waste clearance and treatment organization permit management regulations. Additionally, this project drafted appraisal guidelines for the public and private waste clearance and disposal organizations.
2.55 inspection and guidance sessions (3 experts or scholars have done deeply inspections in 20 sessions) were conducted for public or private waste clearance and disposal organizations. There are also 20 disposal organizations were completed capacity inspections. Additionally, this project has taken 25 samples from disposal organizations to do sampling and analysis. Those disposal organizations could dispose sludge, waste solvent or waste cutting oil. For the possible reasons of poor performance, this project had provided management suggestions.
3.This project continued to draft permission guidelines for disposal method in 4 different types of waste. This project also compiled the common faults and announcements for the permit verification from waste clearance and disposal organization and assisted to organize environmental professionals training for assisting permit verification.
4.This project assisted to upgrade the current function of WCDS and maintain the system.
5.Held 4 seminars for public or private waste clearance and disposal organizations to assist them to solve the problems.
