106年度雲林縣空品不良期間加強濁水溪沿岸街道揚塵管制計畫
| 中文摘要 | 1.本計畫洗街工作之執行自106年6月10日開始執行，截至107年6月9日止，洗街長度累積達35,735.2公里，達成率為102.1%，其平均單位用水量為1.11公噸/公里，平均取用水質介於23.71NTU。每月洗街車平均查核252.35公里，總查核3,028.3公里。 2.於106年5月5日及107年3月8日，辦理洗街作業人員教育訓練二場次，達成率皆為100%。 3.統計106年6月至107年6月9日進行緊急應變作業，共計執行142日應變洗街長度達9,026.5公里，推估可削減TSP污染量達124.6公噸，削減PM10污染量達23.5公噸。 4.本計畫道路髒污普查於106年6月份至107年6月期間進行道路普查，長度總計達1,610.7公里，調查結果顯示道路等級主要以A-B級為主。 5.濁水溪揚塵好發時期，常造成嚴重空氣品質污染，更影響民眾健康安危，透過六鄉鎮國中小校園及村里教育宣導作業，使學童及民眾具備自我防護觀念，辦理完成宣導會15場次。 6.推動12處村里認養道路，公里數總計385.5公里，使環保局與村里一同管制街道揚塵，達互助共享之洗掃及宣導作業。 7.於濁水溪沿岸揚塵好發嚴重區域完成每月維護5座空品顯示面板(西螺大橋路、二崙大庄、麥寮施厝、崙背草湖、二崙楊賢)，提高濁水溪沿岸民眾對於空品認知，並提供立即個人防範措施。 8.本計畫以PM2.5空氣盒子之空氣品質變化與行政院環保署測站變化情形類似，計畫若僅針對洗街作業與空品狀況變化性，無法斷言其相關性高低，但部份數據顯示，有其正向變化，洗街作業對懸浮於空中之粒徑PM2.5洗街前後效益有限，謹供參考。 | ||

Enhancing the control of street blowing dust near Cho-Shui river during the poor air quality period in 2017
| 英文摘要 | 1.The street-cleaning project began on June 10, 2017 and ended on June 9, 2018. The total street cleaning length is 35,735.2 kilometers and total achieve ratio is 102.1%.Total average water consumption is 1.11 tons/km. The average water quality is between 23.71 NTU.The average distance that street-cleaning trucks examine is 252.35 kilometers; total number of verification is 3,028.3 kilometers. 2.An education and training for street cleaners was held on May 5, 2017 and March 8, 2018, and the achievement rate is 100%. 3.Emergency operations in between June 2017 to June 2018 carried out a total of 142 days to perform strain street washing length of 9,026.5 kilometers , Collocation TSP can reduce pollution amounted to 124.6 metric tons , reduce PM10 pollution amounted to 23.5 tonnes. 4.This project’s survey of street cleanness was conducted during June,2017 to June,2018, the length of the road overall is 1,610.7km, and the result shows the grade of the roads are mainly grade A to B. 5.During the winter time where the dust increases on the riverbank of Jhuoshuei River, there are often severe air pollution and therefore threatening the health of the citizens. Through the cooperation with elementary and middle school and villages in 6 villages and towns, we are able to make the children to become more self-aware of the air pollution. There has been fifteen public events overall. 6.So far, Twelve villages have adopt roads that overall length is estimated at 385.5 kilometers. Then EPA and the villages can manage the street-dusts together and creates good propaganda as well as the cooperation on fighting street-dusts. 7.Maintain 5 billboards that display the air quality beside the riverbanks where the suspended particles are most severe; it raises the awareness of the citizens along the Jhuoshuei River, and offers immediate personal protection response. 8.The PM2.5 air box is similar to the EPA station change.If the street washing operation is compared with the empty condition, the correlation cannot be known, but some data show that there is a positive change. The street washing operation has limited benefits before and after the PM2.5 is suspended in the air. | ||
