Taoyuan City, the number of fixed sources of pollution 2,586, which are based on the Environmental Protection Department's "Fixed Air Pollution Source Management Information System". The execution of the project was scheduled from 2017/03/24 to 2018/03/23 with a total of 12 months. The progress in implementation of each individual work, included the control of VOCs, pollution reduction, inspection of factories, pollution control of Taoyuan refinery of CPC corporation, supervision of periodic detection ＆ online reporting review, renewal or maintenance of CEMS for compliance with CEMS regulatory, and handling regulatory seminars etc., were executed according to the schedule of the project. All the progress of the work complied with the contract requirements, the abstract of achievements .
The key works of the project in this year are including:
(一).The control of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)：
1.There are 237 special manufacturers, the overall reporting and review rate of 100%.
2.Since 100 years with the Environmental Protection Agency industry special project control, In the year of 106, check the 32 gravure printing industry in Taoyuan City. As of 2018/3/23, 20 manufacturers have planned to improve the source raw materials or control equipment. Including: 17 plants planned to set up combustion-type control equipment, 3 plants to improve the original source materials, 6 reached to improve control equipment, VOCs to reduce 2,986 tons / year.
3.Completion of 283 station gas station inventory and regulatory compliance check operations, after inventory of VOCs emissions of 714.16 tons. Another completion of 62 stations A/L ratio test, 158 failed to improve the completion of the reduction of 54.35 tons / year, the overall A/L ratio of 83%.

5.Pollution control of Taoyuan refinery of CPC corporation : 8 hydrocarbon (HC) ground flare started from 105/01/01 FGRS system recovery process exhaust gas to fuel gas system and three hydrogen sulfide combustion towers completed in 103/5 full improvement to sulfur plant recycling, 106 years of use for 1 days,compared to 104 days of use 325 days (FGRS system is not start up before), the use of emissions days decreased by 99%;Statistics. (二).CEMS regulatory： 37 pipelines of 18 factories in Taoyuan City are subject to CEMS, of which 28 pipelines of 11 factories have been connected . Conducted CEMS functional check of 28 pipelines in 11 factories, with 100% pass rate after coaching improvement. In addition, the 23 RATA inspection are also completed, and comparison of the data between manufacturers' RATA and during the investigation period, the mean value within 72 hr is not greater or smaller than the 3 times standard deviation, the all data quality are good.
(三).Inspection of stationary pollution sources：Discharge pipeline inspection to complete the completion of 33 samples, the failure rate of 16%. People complained inspection and testing completed 10 samples, the failure rate of 10%.
(四).Fixed source and control equipment monitoring and management operations: 105/6/16 issued "Taoyuan City, fixed pollution and control equipment, monitoring and management of self-regulation regulations", 106/11/30 the completion of the connection.
