高屏區環境教育區域中心設置專案工作計畫

中文摘要 「環境教育增能計畫」(EE Capacity)的運作架構,,並依照美國環境教育增能計畫的五個主要方案規劃工作項目,包括:專業領導、增能學習、科技支援、研究評估與夥伴傳播。 計畫工作廣納不同領域之專業組織為夥伴,結合區域內包括:高雄市、屏東縣、澎湖縣等三縣市的產、官、學界及非政府組織等社群資源,搭配共同議題與在地議題分析探討,分析區域環境問題與特色,其議題包括:氣候變遷減緩與調適、綠能與節能、水資源保育、城市韌性建構、社區(民眾)參與等。針對相關議題設計將規劃環境教育推廣方案,舉辦焦點團體座談會議、增能學習工作坊與相關課程開設等,建立跨領域之環境教育社群網絡與管道,有效完備環境教育區域中心之功能,達成擔任區域內推展環境教育的樞紐之目標。 根據上述工作,建立一個互動的平台來挑戰環境變化的問題,在多元管道中進行教育與傳播,與在地單位團體合作,具備平等共榮的良性協同關係,在推動議題上更能達到相輔相成的效果,落實環境教育的理念於生活之中,環境教育的多樣性及其溝通成為推動本項目發展的關鍵。

The Work plan of Kao-Ping Environmental Education Regional Center

英文摘要 “Environmental education (EE) capacity” is used as the operational framework in this project. The tasks including leadership academy, capacity building, technological support, research and evaluation, and dissemination partnership are planned according to the five programs of a US EE capacity project. They included the fields of industry, government, academia, and non-government organizations in the Kaohsiung, Pingtung, and Penghu. Using and analyzing those community resources with common and local issues to study (i) climate change mitigation adaptation, (ii) green energy and energy saving, (iii) water conservation, (iv) urban resilience construction, and (v) community and its people participation. Of the issues, environmental education promotion program, topic group meeting, learning workshop, and opening courses were conducted to build the network between the environmental education communities. Depending on the network strengthened the function of our environmental education center and linked the works of reginal environmental educations. According above works, an interactive platform would be established for challenging the issues of environmental change. They should learn the experiments from international developments and local society interesting. Education diversity and its communication between the local organizations should be the key to promote the issues in this project.
