106年度臺東縣清潔養豬及水質改善計畫暨推動畜牧糞尿沼液沼渣作為農地肥分使用計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫由106年2月24日起執行至106年12月31日為止，主要工作協助養豬戶改善飼養條件，降低廢水污染排放量，並達成省水及降低廢水處理成本等效益，進而減輕對下游承受水體之影響，再搭配畜牧糞尿沼液沼渣作為農地肥分使用計畫，將將厭氧發酵過後之畜牧糞尿沼液沼渣施灌於農地，不再將畜牧廢水排入河川造成污染，促進畜牧業者將農業廢棄物有效再利用，將錯置之資源導回循環經濟的一環，達到水污染源末端控管，減少河川水體污染負荷量並提升環境品質。 針對臺東縣境內完成至少8戶養豬場之示範戶設置至少200個以上簡易式集中排糞架，並進行示範養豬場配合豬廁所之設置採取相關清潔養豬畜舍管理方式，以及三段式廢水處理設施操作維護之輔導工作，另追蹤示範戶清潔養豬執行狀況，進行各種可能成本效益分析。此外，配合環保署政策推動畜牧糞尿沼液沼渣作為農地肥分使用計畫，優先協助本縣5家畜牧場，協助撰寫畜牧糞尿沼液沼渣作為農地肥分使用計畫書並取得農業主管機關審查同意，以及辦理相關政策宣導活動如政策宣導會、廣播廣告託播等。 | ||
