Toxic and Chemical substances Bureau and local Environment
Protection Bureau started “106 Chemical substances of food
safety risks research project”, counselling and researching 2,196
domestic industrial chemicals sellers, main to counsel and
research 58 kinds of chemical substances and materials about
currency food production or processed ,by buildup business base
data and partnership, also improve damage recognition and risk
communication of chemical substances which food safety risk
doubt. Declare central, local government , and factories to
coordinate with check on chemical substances of food safety
risks , to show the positive actions about government concerned
, factories efforts , and people trusted. Our team receive and
continue Taichung city Environment Protection Bureau
commission “106 Chemical substances of food safety risks
research project
”, this project implement from August 18 th to December 5 th in
2017, end in December 1 th ,this project total progress rate is
100% , each contract business work effects:
1. Complete to counsel and research of Taichung city chemical
industry materials related profession and toxic and chemical
substances for 395 sessions.
2. Use counsel and research records to build up the inspector
guidance action system to Toxic and Chemical Substances
Bureau, EPA, Executive Yuan for 395 cases.
3. Hold work conference for 5 sessions in August 21th ,
September 12 th ,October 13 th ,20 th ,and 31th respectively, also
hand in meeting reports after meeting in ten days.
4. In September 1th , handle Taichung city chemical industry
materials related profession and toxic and chemical
substances controlled business guidance orientation for 2
sessions , the total number of participant is 204.
5. Organize Taichung city chemical industry materials related
profession and toxic and chemical substances controlled
business guidance results , and use Excel to summarize
outcome.
6. Collect Taichung city chemical industry materials related
profession current data by Taichung city Public Health
Bureau provide the Taichung city food additive business of
food additive ID , and use Excel to summarize outcome.
7. Had finish making warning stickers 29,400 pieces and
warning information 1,000 pieces during 30 days from the
contract day , and supply to business manager department in
September 15 th .
8. Had finish making 20 helmets during 30 days from the
contract day and supply to business manager department in
September 15 th .
9. Had finish making 40 inspector vest during 40 days from the
contract day and supply to business manager department in
September 26 th .
10. Others toxic and chemical substances commission
temporary:
1. Finish the first work load format about aim and results
abstract in September 15 th .
2. Hand in the first work load results report in September 30 th
.
3. Finish the second work load format about aim and results
abstract in October 31 th .
4. Hand in the first draft of final results report in November
7 th .
5. Hold a final investigate conference in November 24 th .
6. Hand in therevise version of final results report in
December 1 th .
7. Assist to Taichung city Environment Protection Bureau
handle 106 National Toxic and Chemical substances
disaster rescue exercise.
Our team complete every business during the planning period ,
coordinate with chemical industry material business by counsel
and research , put 58 kinds of chemical materials into A, B, C,
and D ,build up chemical industry material business base data
respectively, and then realize the way that factories manage and
operate to chemical substances ,to provide government follow-
up track management , and take related operate process and
regulations as reference , then enhance the management
efficiency of chemical substances, to avoid illegal chemical
substances going into food or pollute environment which can
cause damage to health , and also reduce food safety risks.
