106年度「小琉球及東港地區登革熱病媒蚊監測工作」
| 中文摘要 | 106年4月至11月進行琉球八村登革熱病媒蚊監測，4月時天福村與大福村，5、7月上福村、9月本福村及11月南福村的布氏指數為4最高，其餘月份的布氏指數為0-2。且稽查屏東縣琉球鄉八村與東港兩里登革熱病媒蚊種類全為白線斑蚊。琉球鄉8村中的每月孳生容器數量為767-986個，每月平均有 85.2-109.6個，以水桶數量最多有57.7%(4123/7146)，花器有39.6%次之。東港兩里的每月平均有16.6- 56.6個(149-509個)容器，以花器60.0%(1440/2359)數量最多、水桶數量則有33.7%次之。 孳生容器材質以塑膠材質為主，琉球八村有85.0% (6077/7142)的塑膠容器，而東港兩里則有82.1%(1936/2359)。應用含百利普芬藥劑誘蚊產卵器長期監測防治登革熱病媒蚊，琉球鄉八村每月誘得總卵數有527-2030粒卵，移除戶外斑蚊卵共6222粒，比105年10087粒卵與104年的21094粒卵少，顯示戶外產卵斑蚊成蚊數量降低中。環境髒亂地點及積水容器等病媒蚊孳生源通報空屋與髒亂點有79件，琉球鄉八村清除930個積水容器與東港鎮兩里清除157個積水容器。舉辦兩場琉球鄉及東港鎮之登革熱防治教育宣導，共有村里長與志工130人與會研討認識登革熱疾病、病媒與防治。 | ||

The monitoring work of Liuqiu and Donggang Township in Pingtung County
| 英文摘要 | From April to November, 2017, dengue vector surveillance was conducted in the Liuqiu Township eight villages, Ten-Fu and Da-Fu villages in April, Shun-Fu village in May and July, Ben-Fu village in September and Nan-Fu village in November with the highest Breteau Index of 4 and the remaining month 0-2. Furthermore, we audited Pingdung County Liuqiu Township eight villages and Donggang Township two districts dengue vector mosquito species are all Aedes albopictus. The monthly number of breeding containers in the Liuqiu Township eight villages is 767-986, with an average of 85.2 to 109.6 per month, with a maximum of 57.7% (4123/7146) in the bucket and 39.6% for the contains. Donggang Township two districts has an average of 16.6-56.6 (149-509) containers per month, with the largest number of contains 60% (1440/2359) and the number of buckets 33.7%. Breeding container material mainly plastic material, Liuqiu Township eight villages has 85% (6077/7142) of plastic containers, and Donggang Township two districts have 82.1% (1936/2359). Long-term monitoring and control of dengue vector mosquitoes using a pesticide-trapping device containing the Pyriproxyfen mixture the total number of eggs was 527-2030 eggs per month in Liuqiu Township eight villages, and 6222 grains were removed from outdoor mosquito eggs, which was less than 10087 eggs in 2016 and 104 eggs in 2015, which showed a decrease in the number of outdoor spawning mosquitoes. Environmental dirty spots, stagnant water containers, empty house and dirty spots as vector mosquito breeding source, have 79 reports.
