The government recently initiates the circula r economy concept, not only conducts the resources recycling, but also promotes the industrial wastes to regenerate the useful materials. To reduce the industrial wastes by means of effective recycling methods, and to minimize the environment impacts by means of reduction of natural resources mining, the government enables to expand the circular economy to multiple dimensions and feasible ways. This project analyzed the wastes production and the channels of clean -up of enterprises to realize the problems of recycling, conducted the on-site inspection of recycled organizations, investigated the successful cases of wastes recycling between enterprises, assisted the enterprises to planning the sources reduction, and promoted the wastes recycling in circular economy.
