圖資整合系統維運與功能強化計畫

中文摘要 本計畫涵蓋三大面向工作,包括圖資中心應用系統維運及擴充與辦理智慧國土計畫相關工作。共通性圖台維運與計畫相關四個系統維運,維運重點在於提供對內對外如質如量服務,並因應即時需求;NGIS 國土資訊系統環境品質分組參與「時空資訊雲落實智慧國土計畫」持續推動國土資訊系統,提升政府決策品質、強化公民社會參與深度、提高民眾生活便利性,推動智慧環境相關應用及持續供應環境相關空間資料,工作包含環境品質分組內圖資統一蒐整、圖資與內外部資料整合及資料中心制度建立,並持續維運圖資資料中心儲存及網路服務相關基礎軟硬體設施導入智慧環境決策應用所需軟體工具或技術,整合圖資與感測資料,以達成分組單一整合圖資供應入口服務。

Spatial Data Integration System Maintenance and Smart Environmental Application Developement

英文摘要 This project include aspects of works of management and enhancement of the extension usage of Taiwan Geospatial One Stop (TGOS) and the related jobs of Smart Spatial Planning Act. Maintaining data quality and quantity is the most essential service at first place. This project also plain to enhance the additional value of the usage of NGIS system by providing solutions and techniques to support governmental decision making with the geo-spatial database, to strengthen public involvement as well as to improve the living conveniences of citizens. To be specific, works include 1) collect, classify and integrate geo-spatial data on NGIS platform; 2) integrate geo-spatial layers from different governmental department sources and to build up rules of database integration center; 3) to maintain the quality and function of related software and hardware which is about the application and implementation of Smart Environmental database usages; and 4) to integrate geo-spatial layer data and/or monitored dataset in order to be converged into an mono-entrance database. In order to make sure the quality, reliability and safetiness of all related database and platform in this project as well as to react to the rapid change of information. The services and quality maintenance mentioned above are indeed necessary.
