107年化學貨品輸出入簽審系統維運及業務推動工作計畫

2018 The Project of Operation and Maintenance of Chemical commodity Import/Export Management System and Promotion of Relevant Affairs.
| 英文摘要 | The project is divided into four major directions: performing chemical commodity import management, maintaining and amplifying chemical commodity import and licensing system functions, provision of chemical commodity customs declaration and consulting services, promotion and support of related businesses. Performing chemical commodity import management: A total of 589 cases were accepted, 487 documents were issued, and review principles and review manuals were established; relevant import requirements for the business of the Toxic and Chemical Substances Bureau, EPA, Executive Yuan(TCSB) for data collection, analysis with actual import data, and advice; Conduct risk analysis on the commodity in the approved case, establish key points and forms of visits, and assist and accompany TCSB to conduct 13 visits to the market for chemical commodity. Maintaining and amplifying chemical commodity import and licensing system functions: Two new types of access control review systems, eight categories of case classification; case history record search and confirmation list of the obligation upload and storage function added, implementing an open review process and strengthening case data review; providing two main application login methods and automatic writing function for voucher/non-voucher; the system can control the validity period of the case and proactively issue notifications to improve efficiency and reduce workload; increasing the status and duration of the case acceptance process to ensure effective control of the time limit for review; the field of uploading natural certification documents to improve the integrity of the information submitted by the industry. Provision of chemical commodity customs declaration and consulting services: Ensuring that the document comparison system is smooth, which is beneficial to the operator to check the documents and compare the timeliness of the operation data; 2 professional technicians provide telephone customer service and set up a dedicated customer service mailbox. Promotion and support of related businesses: Establishing Cross-Border Management of Chemical Commodity System platform and rich website content to achieve the effectiveness of the promotion; through the assistance of the Customs Administration, Ministry of Finance, conducting publicity work for each gateway importer; holding a briefing on the contents of the 801/837 specification and understand the industry's practical views through direct communication and exchange of views, and cooperating with the business of TCSB to support documents, system adjustments, etc., to facilitate business execution. | ||
