107年度屏東縣推動土壤及地下水污染防治暨監測、維護工作計畫及配合環保署各項計畫

中文摘要 本計畫工作項目包括地下民井水質採樣分析、簡易自來水採樣分析、監測井廢井作業、以及農地土壤採樣分析作業。本計畫執行之效益乃掌握屏東縣土壤及地下水之環境現況,以確保本地土水品質及人民健康。 地下水檢測方面:於萬丹鄉社安段附近選擇4口民井,分析項目為8項重金屬之含量,上、下半年檢測結果顯示4口地下水民井重金屬檢測項目均符合第二類地下水法規標準。 簡易自來水檢測方面:於鹽埔鄉久愛村、振興村、高朗村採取地下水樣,檢測水中揮發性有機物 (VOCs) 及一般項目,除氨氮測值均超出飲用水水質最大限值,其餘測值均低於飲用水水質最大限值。本次氨氮的測值均超出飲用水最大限值,檢視歷年數據,顯示久愛村、振興村、高朗村的地下水一直有氨氮的存在,可能原因枯水期間地下水水量較少所致。下半年豐水期檢測結果:所有檢測值均低於飲用水水質最大限值。 上半年枯水期的氨氮測值均超出飲用水最大限值,下半年豐水期的氨氮測值均變低並低於飲用水最大限,可能原因為豐水期間地下水水量較多稀釋地下水中氨氮所致。 本計畫已於6月13日至15日完成預訂廢井的區域性監測井、共4口次。 高樹鄉農地土壤80區塊採樣分析作業,分析項目為土壤8項重金屬,已完成80區塊之採樣分析作業,分析結果顯示各區塊土壤中之重金屬濃度均低於土壤污染及食用作物農地監測標準。 本計畫已於107年6月26日舉辦品保品管(QA/QC)查核會議,針對委員之查核意見,均已進行意見回覆及配合改進相關措施。 本計畫預期效應乃藉由執行針對有污染潛勢之區域地下水檢測,維護區域民眾用水安全,以及農地土壤品質調查工作,以確保農作物食用之安全。
