垃圾焚化廠焚化底渣再利用精進策略及督導查核委託專案工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫主要配合行政院環境護署106年7月24日修正發布「垃圾焚化廠焚化底渣再利用管理方式」，於計畫初期與查核輔導委員共同擬定年度作業計畫後，依據該作業計畫執行10場次縣市環保局運作查核及8場次再利用機構輔導工作後，於108年10月彙整查核輔導成果，邀請環保主管機關、再生粒料使用單位、再利用機構、查核輔導委員與專家學者等對象，共同辦理再利用技術論壇暨頒獎典禮，以交流再利用技術與獎勵表現優異之單位，並於同年12月邀集受查核輔導單位，檢討不同單位之業務特點、須改進項目及相關優越作法，以使各單位互相交流學習，提升再利用技術與作業效能。 另本計畫持續建置維運「焚化再生粒料流向申報系統」（Recycled-Aggregate Management System，簡稱RAMS），定期彙整及統計分析適用焚化再生粒料之營建工程及其相關再利用用途等資料，將該資料上傳於系統供環保局下載參考，提供環保局、再利用機構一穩定的申報與資訊交流作業平台，以有效控管與傳遞焚化底渣、焚化再生粒料之品質、數量及用途等資訊，使再生粒料得以善加利用，落實資源循環再利用之目標。 | ||

Incinerator Bottom Ash Reuse utilization strategy and supervision check commissioned plan
| 英文摘要 | For the operation of “Management of the Recycling for the Bottom Ash from the Refuse Incineration Plant,” this project has invited inspection committee to jointly develop an annual work plan in the early stages. Based on the work plan, ten sessions of operation inspection for the local environmental protection bureaus (EPBs) and eight sessions of assisting work for recycling facilities have been conducted. Combining the inspection and assisting results, environmental authorities, recycling aggregates users, recycling facilities, inspection committee, experts and scholars were invited to a recycling technologies forum and award ceremony in October for the exchange of recycling technologies and awarding facilities of excellence. Agencies and facilities receiving inspection and assistance were invited for the discussion of working features among different units, items to be improved and other relevant superior conducting methods in December, allowing them to exchange information and experiences, and promote recycling technologies and working efficacy. This project continued to maintain and operate Recycled-Aggregate Management System (RAMS). Data collected from RAMS were compiled and analyzed on a regular basis for the information of applicable engineering projects of incinerator bottom ash aggregates (IBA aggregates) and their recycling purposes. Such information was uploaded to RAMS for the reference of EPBs. RAMS provides EPBs and recycling facilities with a stable platform for online reporting and an exchange of information to efficiently control and transmit information such as quality, volume and purpose of utilizing of incinerator bottom ash and IBA aggregates, which allowed recycled aggregates to be used properly, and fulfilled the goal of resource circulation and recycling. | ||
