107年臺中市推動溫室氣體管制執行方案與強化低碳永續家園運作體系計畫
| 中文摘要 | 低碳永續家園運作及成效管考計畫主要為呼應行政院環境保護署所推行低碳永續家園認證與評等制度，透過由下至上之推行方式，讓各社區、里、區共同建構低碳永續家園。 本工作團隊與臺中市環境保護局密切合作，在非常有限的時間內完成今年度各項工作。包含輔導了24個里參與低碳永續家園，讓里的參與率達成50%，另也協助9個里增加相關建置，成為明年邁向更高低碳評等的基礎。對於過去參與低碳的社區，也持續提供維運資源，因此另也協助8處低碳社區擴增低碳環境與觀念。 為提昇中部生活圈的低碳能量，於台中花博后里園區辦理中部生活圈會議，分享今年各縣市執行成果並討論明年共同推動的事務。此外，也推動一中街節能商圈及協助環保局各項低碳事務的推廣與宣導，讓更多市民在生活中實踐低碳生活。 展望未來，本工作團隊也提出後續工作執行建議，包含取得銀級評等作法、強化其他局處合作及精進低碳家園推動的做法等，盼能協助台中市建構成為我國低碳城市的樣板。 | ||

107 annual low carbon and sustainable homeland operation system and implementation effectiveness management plan
| 英文摘要 | In response to the implementation of the Low Carbon Sustainable Home Certification and Rating System by the Environmental Protection Administration Executive Yuan, We promoted the operation of low carbon and sustainable homeland and the effectiveness of the project. Through the bottom-up approach, communities, villages and districts will jointly build low carbon and sustainable homeland. This team works closely with the Taichung City Environmental Protection Bureau. Complete this year's work in a very limited time. Complete work includes: Counseling 24 villages to participate in the low carbon sustainable homeland certification system and village's participation rate reach 50%, Assisting 9 villages to build low-carbon action projects, it will be the basis for a higher that low carbon sustainable homeland certification system rating next year. For communities that used to participate in low-carbon, we continue to provide transportation resources, so we also assisted 8 low-carbon communities to expand low-carbon environments and concepts. To improve the low carbon capacity of the low carbon living circle in the middle, we are meeting at "2018 Taichung World Flora Exposition", theme of the conference: share the implementation results of various counties and cities this year and discuss the issues promoted next year. Besides, the work team also promotes the Yizhong Street Energy Saving Business Circle and assisting the TCEPB. in promoting and promoting low-carbon issues, let more citizens practice low-carbon life in their lives. Looking to the future, we also proposed follow-up implementation recommendations for TCEPB. Including the achievement of silver rating, strengthening the cooperation of other bureaus and the promotion of low-carbon homes, etc. We hope to help Taichung City to form an example for Taiwan's low-carbon cities. | ||
