107-108年環境雲資料服務展示平臺功能擴充暨系統維運案
| 中文摘要 | 第五階段電子化政府之目標在於以數據匯流、資料策展、數據分析、多元應用與跨域合作等構面，發展數位服務及創新應用，以實現「智慧政府、綠色公民」之目標。為達到「智慧政府、綠色公民」之發展願景，本專案持續精進106年建構之「環境雲資料服務展示平臺」與「環境雲計畫資訊公開網」整體系統功能，並進行資料服務主題規劃，持續發展並整合環境領域資料服務、活絡環境資料服務應用及推動公民參與環境治理。 「資料服務展示平臺」之目標除資料服務管理之能力外，更著重在提供環境相關資料服務作為產官學界施政參考、學術研究、創新應用，以便利之互動介面讓民眾對環境資源能有更深的認識，結合社群分享力量，擴大參與。本平臺的精進與擴充預期可獲得下述效益： 1.擴大服務對象，提高參與度。 2.規劃資料管理流程，提升資料品質與效度。3.提供互動模式，創造資料應用價值。 「環境雲資訊公開網」之目標除主動公開環境雲計畫各參與機關之執行現況相關資訊，提供給民眾檢索、查閱、擷取及下載資料，以增進民眾對環境雲計畫之瞭解外，更著重在提供環境雲整合性的關鍵績效指標（KPI），使各機關或民眾更容易理解環境雲發展重點與成效。 綜上所述，本專案以環境大小事入口網，以【亮點一】貼近生活說故事 多元環境服務報你知、【亮點二】數據繪圖易閱讀 強化環境資料可視性、【亮點三】透明政府很有感 落實民眾環境知情權，三大亮點，並結合社群平臺之管道，讓環境整合資訊能有效揭露，結合各領域專家，共同創造增進環境生態之創新應用。 | ||

107-108 Environmental and Natural Resources Data Services Display Platform Expansion and Maintenance
| 英文摘要 | The fifth phase of e-government program (2017 - 2020) establishes digital services and innovative applications to achieve the goal of "Smart Government、Green Citizens" by using Data Convergence、Data Services Display、Data Analysis、Multiple applications and Cross-border cooperation . In order to achieve the vision of "Smart Government, Green Citizen", this project focuses on continuous improvement of "Environmental Cloud Data Service Display Platform" and "Environmental Cloud Project Information Open Network", and carry out the theme plan of data services. This project not only continues to develop and integrate environmental data services, but also to activate environmental data service applications and promote citizen participation in environmental governance. In addition to the ability of data service management, the "Data Service Display Platform" provides environmental-related information services as policy reference for academics、academic research and innovative applications. Furthermore, in order to expand mass participation, the platform provides interactive interface for masses to get deeper understanding about environmental resources easily. The platform is expected to achieve the following benefits: 1. Expand the target of service and increase participation. 2. Plan data management processes to improve data quality and validity. 3. Provide an interactive model to create data application value. The object of the "Environmental Cloud Information Open Network" is to provide implementation information of participating government agencies, and functions for public to search、review、 retrieve and download these information. More emphasis is placed on providing key performance indicators (KPIs) for environmental cloud integration, making it easier for agencies or people to understand the main issue and effectiveness of environmental cloud development. To sum up, this project is based on the environmental entrance network, with three highlights：1. Close to life, storytelling multi-environmental service、2. Easy to read with graphic、3. Transparent governmental information . Combined these three highlights、community platform and experts in various fields, this project enable environmental integration information to be effectively exposed and create innovative applications to enhance environmental ecology. | ||
