This program is administered the Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs) emission of stationary emission sources of industrial. In this program include stationary emission sources air pollution control, gas station air pollution control, policy advocacy etc. This year has completed works included 250 administrative document review, 156 stationary emission sources inspections, 13 stationary emission sources stack detections, 40 air pollution detection of gas stations, 15 air pollutants investigation of ambient, 3 counseling sessions, 3 policy advocacy conferences, 28 times of odor pollution inspection.
through those pollution controls, all of five stationary emission source emission of exceeded the standard were detected, there are 10.583 ton/year of VOC for temporary reduction. In addition, six stationary emission source has emission Hazardous Air Pollutants(HAPs) , odor pollutions has decreased by 43%(Compared for 2017).
In the future, excepted continuing the current work and strengthening the investigation of sources of Hazardous Air Pollutants(HAPs). The emergency generators, local scrubbers and cooling towers should also be regulated.
