107年度澎湖縣推動溫室氣體管制執行方案與強化低碳永續家園運作體系計畫
| 中文摘要 | 有鑑於溫室氣體導致氣候變遷加劇，造成的影響日益顯著，為喚起全民共同參與減緩調適，並進行節能減碳低碳生活等，同時配合行政院環境保護署推動政策，針對縣內進行溫室氣體及低碳永續議題之相關規劃、宣導與推動，並配合環保署進行城市溫室氣體盤查相關作業，以逐步邁向永續城市之都。 今年度主要分為兩大工作項目，第一為配合完備中央與地方之減量措施，依據溫管法第15 條規定，直轄市、縣（市）主管機關應依行政院核定之推動方案及行動方案，並研提「溫室氣體管制執行方案」；第二為呼應國際社會朝向低碳家園邁進的趨勢，運用澎湖縣在地特色與資源，強化低碳永續家園之運作。107年度「澎湖縣推動溫室氣體管制執行方案與強化低碳永續家園運作體系計畫」(以下簡稱本計畫)工作內容包括：(1)溫室氣體減量與氣候變遷調適；(2)強化低碳永續家園運作體系；(3)低碳示範社區建構輔導；(4)宣傳活動辦理；(5)溫室氣體排放量申報工作；(6)其他行政配合。 | ||

| 英文摘要 | In view of the intensification of climate change caused by greenhouse gases, the impact is becoming more and more obvious.
