廢車用泡棉於建材及空氣懸浮微粒之靜電吸附應用
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫協助車輛回收業者，建立回收泡棉再利用技術，製作泡棉建材。在廢車回收處理業者宇沅公司廠址建構泡棉裁切機及泡棉建材製造機，協助業者建立泡棉分類技術及建材製作技術，並協助川雍公司利用PU膠合技術處理泡棉建材邊料問題，製作成運動器材、坐墊及露營器材等，增加泡棉去化產品，廢車泡棉整體利用率達90%，並利用北中南廢機動車輛講習會將泡棉再利用技術推廣至全國回收業者。此外，本計畫進一步利用報廢汽車座墊泡棉之開孔特性，將其經過適當表面處理、駐極化後，製作成空氣過濾材料，過濾除去空氣中細懸浮微粒PM2.5，吸附效率最高可達90%，未來可製作成空氣清淨機或車用空氣過濾網等。 | ||

Application of reuse of foam from waste vehicles for constructive panel and high efficiency filter membranes
| 英文摘要 | In this project, high merit and compete products such as construction decoration foam，sport equipment and filter membranes are produced with recycle polyurethane foam from waste vehicles. Collected recycle foam from waste vehicles were tested including hardness, rebound elasticity, density and absorption efficiency. The absorption efficiency is over 90%. Verification of scale up system of reusing of the polyurethane foam from waste vehicles will be introduced to environmental organization and related factories for reducing air pollution and increasing the reusing value of waste polyurethane foam. | ||
