107年屏東縣河川水質監測計畫

中文摘要 本計畫將今年(107)屏東縣河川水質監測水質採樣分析之結果,與行政院環保署所頒布之「地面水體分類及水質標準」、「河川污染程度分類表(RPI)」及水質指數分類表(WQI)作比較,以評估屏東縣境內河川的水質良窳,逐步建立屏東縣河川長期水質資料,供主管機關掌握屏東縣河川水質狀況,及作為未來擬訂相關管制措施之參考,以達到防治河川污染、保護河川生態之目的。 本計畫自107年1月起至12月31日止,各項工作預定進度及實際進度如表1所示。本年度採樣自民國107年1月至12月,已完成12次採樣檢驗分析。水質檢驗結果綜合分析如下: (一)東港溪流域:東港溪流域水質之優劣大致分為上游測站(含成德大橋及萬巒大橋)及下游測站(含五魁橋及港東二號橋)兩個河段;大體而言,上游測站之水質略優於下游測站。依RPI分類評估各測站水體水質,五魁橋、港東二號橋測站水質大多屬於中度污染程度。依WQI分類評估,本年度1月至12月,12次採樣中,成德大橋與萬巒大橋水質測站屬良好至中下河段,五魁橋測站屬於中下至不良河段,港東二號橋測站屬於中等至不良河段,依WQI之數值顯示出上游河段平均優於下游河段。 (二)林邊溪流域:林邊溪流域依RPI分類,在12次採樣中,新埤大橋測站由去年之嚴重污染程度已改善為未受污染程度,林邊溪河川水質大多屬於中度污染污染程度。依WQI分類評估,林邊溪的水質則分為新埤與林邊大橋測站,林邊大橋測站水質屬於良好到中下河段,新埤大橋測站近年因改善上游排放廢水情況,這顯示環保單位加強畜牧業污染源稽查與管制已有相當之成效,除8、9、10以及12月份為中等河段,其餘月份皆達到良好河段。 (三)萬年溪流域:萬年溪依RPI分類,今年1月至12月歷次採樣中,除了3月之廣東橋、5月崇蘭舊圳與新圳匯流處以及6月廣東橋與崇蘭舊圳與新圳匯流處為嚴重污染外,其餘皆為輕度污染至中度污染。依WQI分類評估,廣東橋測站在在12次採樣中有2次屬不良水體、8次屬中下等水體及2次中等水體,復興橋測站有7次屬中下等水體及5次中等水體,崇蘭舊圳與新圳匯流處有3次屬不良水體、5次中下等水體、3次中等水體及1次良好水體。 (四)其餘河川:縣管河川(林邊溪除外)及中央管之四重溪流域按RPI分類評估各測站水體水質,縣管河川(除東港溪外)除臨海橋為中度污染外,其餘大多為未受污染至輕度污染程度。除了3月份的枋山橋、龍鑾潭、臨海橋以及滿洲橋測站為輕度污染外,其餘測站屬於未受污染之河川,6月份則除了港口橋屬中度污染,枋山橋及臨海橋屬輕度污染之外,其餘測站皆為未受污染之河川,9月份則除了楓港橋屬輕度污染,龍鑾潭屬中度污染之外,其餘測站皆為未受污染之河川,12月份則除了楓港橋、龍鑾潭以及臨海橋屬輕度污染,其餘測站皆為未受污染之河川。按(WQI)加以分類,管測站除3月之彷山橋、臨海橋及滿州橋為中等河段,6月份滿洲橋屬中等河段,9月份二重溪以及臨海橋為中等河段,其餘則屬於優良至良好的河段,12月則皆為良好的河段。

107 Years of Pingtung County River Water Quality Monitoring Project

英文摘要 The plan will be the result of the water quality sampling analysis of the water quality monitoring of the Pingtung County River in this year (107) and the "Regional Water Classification and Water Quality Standards" issued by the EPD of the Executive Yuan, the "Risk Classification of River Pollution Rating (RPI)" and the Water Quality Index. Classification table (WQI) for comparison, In order to assess the water quality of the rivers in Pingtung County, the long-term water quality data of the Pingtung County rivers will be gradually established for the competent authorities to grasp the water quality of the Pingtung County rivers and as a reference for the future development of relevant control measures to prevent river pollution and protect the river ecology. The plan is from January to December 31, and the schedule and actual progress of each work are shown in Table 1. This year's sampling has been completed from January to December of the Republic of China, and 12 sampling inspections have been completed. The comprehensive analysis of the water quality test results is as follows: (1) Donggang River Basin: The quality of Donggang River Basin is roughly divided into two sections: the upstream station (including Chengde Bridge and Wanyu Bridge) and the downstream station (including Wukui Bridge and Gangdong No. 2 Bridge); in general, the upstream station The water quality is slightly better than the downstream station. The water quality of each station was evaluated according to the RPI classification. The water quality of the stations of Wukui Bridge and Gangdong No. 2 Bridge mostly belonged to moderate pollution level. According to the WQI classification assessment, from January to December of this year, in 12 samplings, the water quality stations of Chengde Bridge and Wanyu Bridge belonged to the middle to the lower reaches of the river. The Wukuiqiao station belongs to the middle to the lower reaches of the river. The No. 2 bridge station belongs to the medium to bad river section. According to the value of WQI, the upstream section is superior to the downstream section. (2) Linbian River Basin: According to the RPI classification of the Linbian River Basin, in the 12 sampling periods, the serious pollution level of the Xinyi Bridge station has been improved to the level of uncontaminated from last year. The water quality of the Linbian River is mostly moderately polluted. According to the WQI classification assessment, the water quality of Linbian River is divided into the Xinyi and Linbian Bridge stations. The water quality of the Linbian Bridge station is good to the middle and lower reaches of the river. The Xinyi Bridge station has improved the discharge of wastewater from the upstream in recent years. It has shown that environmental protection units have strengthened the inspection and control of animal husbandry pollution sources. The results have been quite good except for the middle reaches of the rivers in August, September, October and December, and the rest of the months have reached a good river section. (3) Wannianxi River Basin: Wannianxi is classified according to RPI. From January to December this year, except for Guangdong Bridge in March, Chonglan Old and Xinzheng Confluence in May, and Guangdong Bridge and Chonglan Old and Xinzhen Confluence in June. In addition to serious pollution, the rest are mild to moderately polluted. According to the WQI classification assessment, the Guangdong Bridge Station has 2 bad water bodies, 8 subordinated lower water bodies and 2 medium water bodies in 12 samplings, and 7 times in the Fuxingqiao station are in the middle and lower water bodies and 5 times. In the medium water body, there are 3 bad water bodies, 5 middle and lower water bodies, 3 medium water bodies and 1 good water body in the intersection of Chonglan and Shenzhen. (4) Other rivers: According to the RPI classification, the water quality of each station is evaluated according to the RPI classification. The county and rivers (except Donggangxi) are mostly moderately polluted except the Linhai Bridge. Most of the others are unaffected. Pollution to a slight degree of pollution. Except for the slight pollution of the Lushan Bridge, Longyan Lake, Linhai Bridge and Manzhouqiao Station in March, the remaining stations belonged to uncontaminated rivers. In June, except for the port bridges, moderate pollution, Lushan Bridge and The Linhai Bridge is slightly polluted, and the rest of the stations are uncontaminated rivers. In September, except for the light pollution of Fenggang Bridge, Longjing Lake is moderately polluted, and the rest of the stations are uncontaminated. In December, except for Fenggang Bridge, Longyan Lake and Linhai Bridge, the other stations were all unpolluted rivers. According to (WQI) classification, except for the imitation of the mountain bridge, Linhai Bridge and Manzhou Bridge in March, the Manchu Bridge is a medium river section in June, and the Zhonghe River and Linhai Bridge are medium-sized river sections in September. The rest are good to good river sections, and in December they are all good river sections.
