107年地質法施行後涉及環境影響評估審查作業執行專案工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 地質法自100年12月1日施行起，陸續公告地質敏感區，其中包含地質遺跡、地下水補注、活動斷層、山崩與地滑等4種類型，以及其他經中央主管機關認定的區域。依據地質法規定，土地開發基地全部或一部分範圍位於地質敏感區者，應於相關法規中，如環境影響評估法、水土保持法、建築管理法、區域計畫法等程序時，將地質敏感區基地地質調查及地質安全評估成果納入土地開發行為依法須送審之書圖文件中進行審查。本計畫工作內容，係為協助環保署對於有涉「地質敏感區」之案件，針對環境影響評估相關報告文書，協助審查其開發單位是否遵照「地質法」、「地質敏感區基地地質調查及地質安全評估作業準則」所提出之「地質敏感區基地地質調查與基地安全評估」，協助審查檢視基地地質調查與基地安全評估報告之格式文件、評估影響及減輕對策。 環保署於107年辦理「107年地質法施行後涉及環境影響評估審查作業執行專案工作計畫」，本計畫委由臺北市應用地質技師公會執行，由公會應用地質技師擔任計畫主持人，並組成具有地質審查實務20位以上符合地質法相關審查規定之專業技師與專家學者之人力庫，視個案由人力庫篩選3名成員組成地質專案審查小組，提供專業地質審查意見並參與相關環境影響評估案件會議，供環境影響評估審查委員會審酌判斷開發行為之參考。本工作期程於107年3月開始辦理，並於107年12月辦理完成，共計完成5個審查案件，其中其中3案為「山崩與地滑地質敏感區」評估案件，1案為「活動斷層地質敏感區」評估案件，1案為「地下水補注地質敏感區」評估案件。 | ||

Environmental impact assessment review operations Project after the Implementation of the Geology Act.in 2018
| 英文摘要 | Geology Act is promulgated by the Ministry of Economic Affairs on December 1st 2011. “Geologically sensitive area” is a statutory term used in the Geology Act. According to this act, “The central competent authority shall publicly announce areas with special geologic scenery, special geological environments, or potential geological hazards to be geologically sensitive areas.” Such areas include geological relics, groundwater recharge areas, active faults, landslide and landslip locations, as well as other areas designated by the governing authority. Geological surveys, land assessment and appropriate measures should also be strengthened to fulfill land protection or disaster mitigation objectives and increase environmental safety for the area’s residents. The Environmental Protection Administration Executive (EPA) is responsible for the Environmental impact assessment review operations Project after the Implementation of the Geology Act.in 2018. “ and is appointed by the Taipei Association of Professional Applied Geologists. The professional geologist of association as the host, and the 20 geological experts and scholars included. The working period will commence from March, 2018 and be completed in December 2018.The project was completed the review of the geological survey and base safety assessment of the geologically sensitive areas in 2018. | ||
