107年彰化縣推動溫室氣體管制執行方案與強化低碳永續家園運作體系計畫
| 中文摘要 | 計畫執行期程自決標次日起至１０７年１１月３０日止，完成工作為推動溫室氣體減量管理策略年度成果報告及本縣溫室氣體管制執行方案。計畫期間彙整上、下年度低碳永續家園計畫成果並登載於「低碳永續家園資訊網」；完成辦理２場次資源循環運作機能技術與資訊諮詢小組會議及２場次跨局處工作小組協調、整合推動會議；完成辦理１場次教育培訓活動，共１１４人參與；完成辦理１場次宣導觀摩會，共１１６人參與；每場次會議及活動皆取得環保低碳標章；每月至「低碳永續家園資訊網」、「綠色生活網」及「低碳活動平台」登錄會議及活動相關資訊且按月提報本縣環保局備查；完成製作３００份宣導品，於相關活動或會議進行發放；在認證評等方面，村里層級:已協助完成輔導６個村里參與評等制度並取得4點村里認證點數，鄉鎮市層級:輔導１個鄉鎮市參與評等認證；在輔導方面:協同１位專家學者完成１０個社區低碳輔導與１０個社區進行綠能節電行動項目建置作業；另團隊輔導３個已獲得認證評等之村里精進或新增低碳建構項目並登載至「低碳永續家園資訊網」；協助本縣８個已獲得銅級評等之鄉鎮市或村里層級之成果現地查核，並將其成果登載至「低碳永續家園資訊網」；完成７個１０５年度受補助社區維運追蹤查核作業。 | ||

2018 Changhua Couuty promoted the implementation of greenhouse gas control program and strengthened the low carbon sustainable home operation system plan
| 英文摘要 | From the date of the implementation of the self-determination of the project to November 30, 2007,the completion of the work is to promote the annual report on the greenhouse gas reduction management strategy and the implementation plan of the county's greenhouse gas control. During the project, the results of the low-carbon sustainable home project for the previous and next years will be compiled and published in the “Low Carbon Sustainable Home Information Network”; the two-time resource recycling function technology and information consultation meeting and two inter-office work will be completed. The group coordinated and integrated the promotion meeting; completed 1 training and training activities, a total of 114 participants participated in the completion of one-time demonstration and participation, a total of 116 participants; each meeting and activities have obtained environmentally friendly low carbon label; monthly to "Low Carbon Sustainable Home Information Network", "Green Living Network" and "Low Carbon Activity Platform" are registered to the conference and event related information and reported to the county Environmental Protection Bureau for review; 300 productions of propaganda products are completed.
