107年度雲林縣空品不良期間加強濁水溪沿岸 街道揚塵管制計畫
| 中文摘要 | 1.本計畫洗街工作之執行自107年6月11日開始執行，截至107年12月31日止，洗街長度累積達24,540.63公里，達成率為102%，其平均單位用水量為1.09公噸/公里，平均取用水質介於18.55NTU。每月洗街車平均查核218.9公里，總查核1,532公里。 2.於107年6月12日，辦理洗街作業人員教育訓練一場次，達成率為100%。 3.統計107年6月11日至107年12月31日進行緊急應變作業，共計執行66日應變洗街長度達4,194.8公里，推估可削減TSP污染量達57.9公噸，削減PM10污染量達10.9公噸。 4.本計畫道路髒污普查於107年6月份至107年12月期間進行道路普查，長度總計達1,246.7公里，調查結果顯示道路等級主要以A-B級為主。 5.濁水溪揚塵好發時期，常造成嚴重空氣品質污染，更影響民眾健康安危，透過六鄉鎮國中小校園及村里教育宣導作業，使學童及民眾具備自我防護觀念，辦理完成宣導會17場次。 6.推動13處村里認養道路，使雲林縣環境保護局與村里一同管制街道揚塵，達互助共享之洗掃及宣導作業。 7.於濁水溪沿岸揚塵好發嚴重區域完成每月維護5座空品顯示面板(西螺大橋路、二崙大庄、麥寮施厝、崙背草湖、二崙楊賢)，並新增3處面版，提高濁水溪沿岸民眾對於空品認知，並提供立即個人防範措施。 | ||

Enhancing the control of street blowing dust near Cho-Shui river during the poor air quality period in 2018
| 英文摘要 | The execution achievements and schedule met the contract requirements. The related achievements are as follow: 1.The street-cleaning project began on June 11, 2018 and ended on December 31, 2018. The total street cleaning length is 24,540.63 kilometers and total achieve ratio is 102%.Total average water consumption is 1.09 tons/km. The average water quality is between 18.55 NTU.The average distance that street-cleaning trucks examine is 218.9 kilometers; total number of verification is 1,532 kilometers. 2.An education and training for street cleaners was held on June 12, 2018 and the achievement rate is 100%. 3.Emergency operations in between June 11,2018 to December 31, 2018 carried out a total of 66 days to perform strain street washing length of 4,194.8 kilometers , Collocation TSP can reduce pollution amounted to 57.9 metric tons , reduce PM10 pollution amounted to 10.9 tonnes. 4.This project’s survey of street cleanness was conducted during June,2018 to December 31, 2018, the length of the road overall is 1,246.7 kilometers, and the result shows the grade of the roads are mainly grade A to B. 5.During the winter time where the dust increases on the riverbank of Jhuoshuei River, there are often severe air pollution and therefore threatening the health of the citizens. Through the cooperation with elementary and middle school and villages in 6 villages and towns, we are able to make the children to become more self-aware of the air pollution. There has been seventeen public events overall. 6.So far, thirteen villages have adopt roads. Then EPA and the villages can manage the street-dusts together and creates good propaganda as well as the cooperation on fighting street-dusts. 7.Maintain 5 billboards and add 3 billboards that display the air quality beside the riverbanks where the suspended particles are most severe; it raises the awareness of the citizens along the Jhuoshuei River, and offers immediate personal protection response. | ||
