107年度宜蘭縣柴油車污染管制及排煙動力計操作檢測計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫各主要工作項作業進度，皆已依據計畫執行初期所規劃之期程，以及預定目標依續達成，此外為加強管控行駛於本縣轄內移動源所造成之污染，在柴油車污染管制部份，除執行站內檢測、目測判煙、路邊稽查及車牌辨識等4項作業外，亦持續推動轄內柴油車輛自主管理暨主動到檢推動等措施，並透過執行策略在地化、強化境外移入稽查及第1至2期老舊車輛宣導汰除等3項管制思維，提昇粒狀污染物減量成效，其中在第1至2期車汰除作業上，依據環保署資料顯示，本縣自106年8月18日至107年12月31日，完成受理大型柴油車補助汰除申請案件為477輛，另加裝濾煙器案件為10輛，柴油車排煙檢測站支排煙檢測，共檢測2403輛次，第1-3期車管制比重48%;路邊攔檢檢測840輛，第1-3期車管制比重43%，境外管制比重73%;目測判煙通知到檢711輛次，境外管制比重61%，透過實際稽查數據顯示，可驗證的確有為數眾多的外縣車輛，以觀光旅遊、洽公經商及運送物料等原因出入本縣，顯見在交通路網便捷的現況下，設籍外縣的車輛所帶來的污染，已對轄內空氣品質帶來相當嚴峻的考驗，透過有效的稽查作為及監測數據，促使並確保更多柴油車輛排煙無虞，以維持本縣良好空氣品質。 | ||
