高效率廢輪胎外胎再生技術與其高值循環應用開發

中文摘要 本計畫為高效率廢輪胎外胎處理技術開發,針對廢汽車外胎橡膠開發一高效率連續解鏈再生製程,以高值循環應用廢汽車輪胎,將其再生資源化利用。計畫中進行新型解鏈劑開發、廢輪胎橡膠再生製程設計與模擬及輪胎再生橡膠高值化應用評估。在新型解鏈劑開發部分,(1)以陰離子聚合方法完成含有聚苯乙烯鏈段與聚異戊二烯鏈段之解鏈劑結構設計與合成(FTIR與NMR),其分子量Mn ≦ 18000 Da(GPC);(2) 利用ASTM標準方法完成輪胎橡膠之灰分(6.87%)、碳黑(34.25%)、丙酮抽出物(溶膠5.55%、凝膠94.45)與比重檢測(1.1124)。在再生製程設計與模擬部分,(1)利用塑譜儀(批次式)完成5組解鏈劑配方組成設計與解鏈評估工作;(2)完成雙螺桿製程流體力學模擬計算,產出製程設計圖1組,並模擬10組不同製程條件評估螺桿內部的溫度、壓力之影響;(3)完成製備國產化雙螺桿1套與廢氣處理裝置評估。再生橡膠應用評估部分,再生橡膠門尼黏度為39.3,Sol component content為29.9%,再生橡膠硫化交聯後,抗拉強度可達136 Kg/cm2,伸長率可達416 %,符合計畫目標規格需求。利用產出的再生膠與新膠進行摻配,再生膠含量比例為10~50 wt%時,摻配橡膠抗拉強度介於13.4~17.8 MPa,伸長率介於418.3~623.5%,撕裂強度介於22.8~31.9 KN/m,表面硬度(Shore A)約60~61,符合計畫查核點目標。本計畫所建立廢汽車橡膠再生製程技術,可促進國內相關業者技術升級,提高廢汽車輪胎橡膠處理效率,高值化產出的再生橡膠,提供國內廢汽車輪胎一有效的去化管道。

Devulcanization and cyclic application of waste tire rubber using a twin-screw extruder

英文摘要 The goal of this project is to develop a continuous process for waste tire rubber devulcanization in an extruder and reuse into high value-added rubber products. The waste tire rubber was mechanically broken down to lower molecular weight by high shearing forces generated from screw rotation in a twin-screw extruder. Additionally, devulcanizing agent design, molecular simulation, computational fluid dynamics simulation (CFD), and twin-screw design software were used to accelerate and optimize every details in the developing continuous devulcanization process. The checkpoints of the reclaimed waste tyre rubber were exhibited by the accredited standard methods, as followings: (1)Sol component content is 39.3%;(2) Mooney Viscosity ML (1+4)100°C is 29.9;(3)Tensile strength is 136Kg/cm2, and (4)Elongation at break is 416 % which attain to the project objective. The reclaimed waste tyre rubber were formulated with virgin rubber (10/90, 20/80, 30/70, 40/60, 50/50 wt% ratio) and re-cured successfully. The checkpoints of the cured blends were exhibited by the accredited standard methods, as followings: (1)Hardness (Shore A) is 60~61;(2)Ultimate Tensile Strength is 13.4~17.8 MPa;(3)Tear strength is 22.8~31.9 KN/m, and (5)Elongation at break is 418.3~623.5 % which attain to the project objective.
